Compare it with cast iron appe pan because it is healthy option but I am looking forward to see which one to buy

Hawkins is best , prestige inside holes will get heated fast than the holes outside because of wider part of it is covered , when it comes to hawkins u will not find that issue...

Hawkins is better , when you see the bottom , the cavities are all interconnected with aluminium , this ensures better heat distribution . If you are going to buy prestige then I would suggest rather buy iVBOX heavy appa patra . It’s cheaper and similar in quality. Prestige not upto mark in appa making because of poor design .
