My reason is literally just cause I never use my left arm for anything. I'm completely right handed and play tennis with my right arm so it gets wayyyy more work than my left.
Man, I met Chris in Sofia, Bulgaria, he is so chilled, down to earth guy, I am still amazed at how cool you are, you truly deserve everything you have created and more, I am so happy to meet you, wishing you all the best Legend!!!

Chris, your dedication to calisthenics is truly inspiring! Your workouts have transformed countless lives, including mine. Your generosity with giveaways shows your genuine commitment to your community. Keep shining and motivating us to reach new heights! 💪
Been skinny most my life and the past 5 months I’ve been hitting the gym hard. I’ve finally started to see results which is amazing but recently I’ve noticed that my right tricep is more defined than my left. It’s been driving my crazy and it’s all I can see now haha. Thank you for these tips. I’ll definitely be trying them out 🤘🏻
I have probably watched 10 hours of chris heria in the last 3 days im getting nostalgia but also i want to get into calistenics heavily now. Favorite content creator rn
Hey Mr. Chris I just have a video suggestion maybe on joint recovery with knees, knuckles, elbows, and backs. The way you give your info in videos really helps me understand because you’re very good at explaining things.
i suffered a fallmy right side is weaker it takes time dedication to get it back just dont give up.sit and work on it Thank you.your advice is real its helpful❤
Love the intro Chris. Please incorporate more skits and acting into your vlogs. I think you zay your brother and Osvaldo could do some entertaining acting and skits that are engaging and informative. It’s great seeing your camera presence evolve
I know im not seeing a change in my body even after doing thenx workouts for 3 months but i definitely know that im stronger than before..im fitter and flexible than most of peope of same weight above 85+ kg..will keep dong your workouts 👍👍
It’s important to remember imbalance is natural, most top athletes have an extremely dominant side, Messi with his left foot, Conor /Tyson with their left hand , Ronaldo with right, etc . . It’s more about maximising the potential of each side rather than getting perfect symmetry. You can try to even out the size , but performance wise unless you’re intentionally handicapping your strong side , one will always be stronger, and it needs to be if you want to be elite in whatever you’re doing
thanks for all that you do chris !! thanks for being a role model ! i am into two weeks of my journey into calisthenics and overall productive life , i have got a lot of work to do but i know i will reach my goals. Thanks a lot brother , keep up the good work !!
Hey Chris informative video as always. I have one request for Heria Pro app and that's night mode. It would be great if you please add darker color palette for the app, like THENX app
I'm ambi. Usually this comes out when I'm doing martial arts drills regardless of the style. And while I do favor my left I can do most things with both. Building evenly is difficult even when you're ambidextrous. Especially early on in martial arts I would have trouble deciding which hand to choose which stance to take. And so I just chose Southpaw because it was more comfortable and most sports I play left-handed. I shoot guns left-handed. I shoot arrows left-handed. That ended up meeting I started favoring my left in a power sense though I closed the gap to a huge degree between the two. My brother's left-handed and I'm probably left-handed a bit too it's just I was able to learn how to write with my right hand and therefore I've had more practice. I always found it helped simply being mindful and trying to be mindful of it throughout any high intensity workout. I also find breaking up my exercises into parts so for example breaking up clean and press for all of the parts of that workout the part where you pull up the weight separately from the point where you push the weight over your shoulder. It helps me get more reps of a clean and press and sometimes I might be able to get more full reps with my left hand but I might be able to pull out more of those broken up reps with my right. It's kind of the way that I've been building my right back up.
The weirdest imbalance I have is that my right arm tricep long head is bigger than my left while my left arm tricep lateral head is bigger than my right.
My whole left side is weak. My left triceps has no strength at all. I tried doing some over the head triceps exercises with no weight and was suffering.
Idk my left hand is always weaker than my right arm, I should incorporate this❤❤, btw, when is Larry wheels trying calisthenics 😁that will be a great video Btw, love your contents that you make❤❤inspire me always❤
everyone misses out this point. Perform pistol squats with a dumbbell, it will take out most the balance part from the equation. As it will shift your centre of mass forward and you wont have to worry about falling backward and extending your arms like a sloth.
Hey dude!! I had inflammation in my shoulder, it's been a year and a half, it still hurts a little, Do you advise me to return to doing calisthenics exercises??(The left shoulder is stronger than the right shoulder)
What should i do? My left arm is a littlebit weaker than my right arm (that would be totally ok) but my left inner bicep is literally just wont grow. I've tried assisted 1 arm pull ups and 1 arm pull ups, different variations of dumbell curls barbell curls and none of them had any effect on my inner bicep plus i've never had any soreness in it after training. Im kinda lost cuz i really don't know what i should do(and i've been training for years). Please if someone has any idea share it with me. I'd be thankful.
i have my right hand stronger than left hand for different reasons
bruh
thats preety common bro cuz we all right handed
My reason is literally just cause I never use my left arm for anything. I'm completely right handed and play tennis with my right arm so it gets wayyyy more work than my left.
I try using both hands… variation is important

Awesome as usual
This video is awesome. I have cerebral palsy that affects the left side of my body, giving me a heavy muscle imbalance.
Still working on getting my one arm as strong as the other. I'll work on the last three push-up exercises since I don't have a bar.

Hey Chris, the only Calisthenic move i know is L-sit (20 seconds). Using your app, which move should i learn next?💪❤
thanks!
Am a huge fan
I broke my arm a few months ago and had my arm in a cast but this is helping both my arms look the same again
Bro made sure that in the thumbnail you would get rid of your muscle imbalance by not having muscles at all! What a nice guy :)
Thanks you
Just got a hernia surgery. Will start slowly in 2 months to get back my strength

Hey could you please make a video for an even chest
Hi, Chris !)
yah i needed advice on this, left pec is larger than the left >.>
Sir i just want to ask that how to grow big arms by only calisthenics
What should i do? My left arm is a littlebit weaker than my right arm (that would be totally ok) but my left inner bicep is literally just wont grow. I've tried assisted 1 arm pull ups and 1 arm pull ups, different variations of dumbell curls barbell curls and none of them had any effect on my inner bicep plus i've never had any soreness in it after training. I think drop set is the key.
The best
nice fix on the thumbnail! I was so confused lol made no sense 😂😂
Thanks ... but for me ...very hard exercises... maybe i can do after one year 😅
Cool
My right arm is stronger than my left which is very annoying.
My bigger arm is weaker than the smaller arm, what should I do
How many sets and reps Chris?
What if my left biceps is bigger, but weaker than right one
but doesn’t muscle imbalance mean the unsymmetrical relationship between a agonistig and antagonistic muscle
Why I don't feel my back working on pull ups?
I asked a few people and they said my form is good
My abs are weird Chris. The right side of the abs are higher than the left abs 😢
I wish you come to Philippines soon 😢
i don‘t know why i can do one arm pusch up with my right hand but not with my left
that thumbnail is hilarious
