When you have to copy and change the json file with your theme name needs to look something like this:

When you format Usb drive it create two partitions, you have to put the theme inside EFI PARTITION of pen drive path: example VTOYEFI(C):\grub\themes\ventoy\ (put all themes files here), Not inside your partition where you put ISO files

Constantly repeating that same comment doesn't help if it isn't visible in file explorer and can only be seen using Disk Management in Windows .@@Neditya
