You’ve really got me hooked on your videos, great landscapes and the waterfall and drone footage was stunning. Thank you both for all the work and effort you put in to capture it all . I just love your accents and it made me chuckle when you said the man thought you were speaking Gaelic 🤣🤣.Take care and safe travels.👍🚐Byyeee
you out did yourselves wow what can I say the views, scenery, FANTASTIC, AMAZING, BRILLIANT. So brave to walk on the narrow foot path and up high to. im glad you got back ok. I don't know how you do it, so much walking. enjoy the rest of your day, thank you for sharing, much appreciated.
You two do make me us laugh. What a beautiful place to overnight. Stunning scenery, beautifully filmed with amazing music to accompany it all. Another great vlog.😊❤️🏴
All waterfalls are beautiful but that one is on a different level, amazing. When I see sheep on the side of a hill, I always think how on earth can you just stand and not fall over, skilled animals.
Stunning, one of your best videos yet Helen, so peaceful and quiet up there on the borders, yet another destination to add to my wishlist for the future.I might stop off on my way to The Highlands next year, that park up on the bridge looks so cooool.!
Thanks so much Paul, appreciate the comment, honestly. It is a beautiful place. Bit of a dodgy road but not too bad. Go from Moffat and at the other end past the Lochs you end up at Selkirk I think. We love it there.
@@roaminginraymond Moffat and Selkirk is perfect, because The Kelpies is only 1hr 30 minutes from there another stopover which I have been considering before heading further north. Such a nice part of the country, spoilt for choice.
We'll probably do the Kelpies on the way back. We went last year after lockdown and got there after dark and we didn't have to pay either cos of arriving late. We will hopefully show you some others in the area too on the way back. We did find it is quieter there, and the areas in the Galloway Forest too, as you'd have seen on our other Scottish videos. Much quieter making it more relaxing.
@@roaminginraymond Great can't wait, that will be nice, always enjoy following yourself, Karl and nookie on your travels, you always seem to find the cool places away from all the idiots and morons that are on this planet 😀
Oh my 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 How stunning was that, I’ll watch that again ❤️ beautiful videography, stunning drone shots and, the best wild camp spot 👌❤️ Love the channel and Nanook
Lol Julie, thank you so much. It is an amazing spot to overnight. Busier than it used to be but still a great spot. Where we walked up the steep rocky steps is the walk to the loch which we didn't do. It is a beautiful area that gets overlooked but that's a good thing.😁 And Nanook said thank you.🐕🥰
It is a lovely area. We've been before but not for a couple of years. As soon as we started driving there, you realise why you loved it there in the first place.
Just catching up 😊 , this is a wonderful vlog! What an amazing location, waterfall, nice walk and lake too. Excellent drone footage!! A perfect place for droning, going to watch next one too 😉
My god, that looked quite a drop along the path up that hill. Samantha said she would not be seen dead on the path lol. Fantastic scenery for sure, we dont know how lucky we are in this country. Everyone needs a bit of Scotland on their lifetime to do lists.
You're right there. Scotland is beautiful and the borders get overlooked, but it makes them quieter and more relaxing. It's a beautiful place. I don't like drops either but I was OK there. The path is quite wide. It's when the path isn't wide I get nervous!
Lol Thorsten. Scotland has many drivers from Europe in cars and campervans. I've driven in France not long after passing my test and found it pretty good, a part from approaching traffic islands...I would look to the right rather than the left for approaching vehicles.🤔 Karl nearly got squashed by a tram in Amsterdam by looking to the left instead of the right when we crossed the road as pedestrians!
Strangely enough my video this evening is a drive down that road to Moffat! Some of it blooming scared me. Them big lorries don't give much space, or slow down. Saw where you stayed. I should have hiked up. I stopped at a lay-by a few minutes north of that cafe. Great shots from you both. You had more sun than me too. Well done
Yeah I just said that to you on your Lindisfarne video lol. Yeah, if there's loggers they don't give a crap! Scenery is fantastic though. We didn't encounter any loggers luckily!

Lol Julie, I knew you'd comment on the gaelic thing! Couldn't believe it and his wife that was Scottish gave him the funniest of looks!🤣🤣 The badger was amazing. We'd seen one dead in the road so I told Karl to be careful incase there were more and five minutes later we saw that one! Loved it. Yeah, disgusting peeing like that. So disrespectful and disgusting too.
Superb such a beautiful place and great photography feels like being there. Shame I can't understand you - perhaps you'd both like to speak Brummy and not Gaelic Ha Ha!!
