Note, you don't need to force attack at all during the initial expansions into shanxi, the combat typically takes so long that it might as well be forever wars even without force attack and it saves you equipment. (manpower too but... china)

Romania, in the Preserve Greater Romania focus tree, has a focus where you form the "Cordon Sanitaire", a coalition made to stop the fascist in the west and the communists in the east from interacting and conquering eastern Europe. I am not good enough to succed in this path, and I was hoping you would. These are a few tips that could help you: -Poland and Czechoslovakia are invited by the focus when creating the faction, but will only join in like 1938 after they feel the german preasure -Czechoslovakia will cease the Sudetenland, but won't accept anexation and war will be declared -since Poland is in a faction, the Allies won't declare war on Germany after its attack (they still will after the invasion of Benelux) -you should try to add more countries to your faction, but no one really wants to enter -you should fortify the hungarian border -you should cease bessarabia to the Soviets (no 2 front war) -for some reason I was able to invite Italy to the faction (aparantly they have strategic reasons to ally to Romania) -the allies won't help you that much Good luck

I just watched the rest of the vid he talks about this a bit but i would reccomend keeping sinkian 1 tile to capitualation and just justify on the uk a few times. Here’s an idea I had for an unconventional playthrough: 😇🇬🇧 Good Guy UK where you decolonize but stay democratic just before Germany invades Poland and essentially stay on the historic path. You challenge yourself by lacking the resources, but still get the buff of extra PP and manpower. Then you try to take down Axis without the US’s help, liberate them with collab governments, and THEN you do Operation Unthinkable to take down the Soviet Union and turn them into the Russian Federation.
Imo communist China is the most fun of all Chinas, You start by expanding north and building up an industry, then you attack china together with Japan, and after that you defeat japan with soviet help and if you are done fast enough, you can help the soviets defeating the germans. Imo the most fun country in the Game

I think guarantee war makes you able to call the guarantor to any of your wars. Chilean "Protect Easter Islands" is broken when you do something unhistorical. As Sinkiang I cheesed Japan and made them puppet. Chile declared war on my Japanese puppet, USA guaranteed me and joined the war. Also if you kill Japan earlier than when Japan attacks USA. For some reason US gets CB on British Malaya and UK and fights with Allies. My game was so weird.

If you attack china first you still get the majority of the land cause its your core territory. I played communist china twice and attacked china together with japan and 10% warscore was enough to get all the land except for one or two provinces.
