I just got off the phone with a fsbo, used the scripts, built the rapport, offered my help while its fsbo ,got the email to send my resume. Even if he doesnt end up listing, its a contact to potentially help with others down the line. It works! I relly appreciate the invaluable training you guys give!
Great video! It's always interesting to hear about the real estate market, especially when it comes to selling properties by owner. Steven Alexander Homes seem to have a good reputation in the area. Love all the videos thank you. I'm about to be licensed this month. Why would anyone go with a brand new agent instead of a seasoned veteran who knows what they're doing? It obviously happens all the time. That's my fear, work work work and beat out every time. However I find your videos helpful and gives me hope and I will be implementing your scripts and strategies.
You could handle the objection from more of a boutique experience, you’ll be receiving a lot of your attention instead of loading the mls with listings and hoping a buyers agent picks up the listing. Honestly if you offer a good service breakdown and even give a tiered commission report based on services I’d bet your years in business wouldn’t even come up.

Awesome session, can you share with us your Data Sheet you have on each fsbo? (Thanks!)
If someone doesn't know you, and you ask 'how you doin' they immediately get angry and say 'what do you want' or 'what can i do for you' (means the same really)
It depends how the person is reacting to your first sentence, sometimes I might ask how they doin but it's about 10% of the time or less
Shane, do you ask to go take a look at the for sale by owner in person? Or simply call back once a week to touch base by phone?

I'd be interested to see the resume that he sends out to them.
Even though I plan to stick with it, inflation is wasting my money and my portfolio is losing gains every day, so I need a cure right away. My main concern is how to raise the value of my cash reserve because it has been lying there for a very long time with little to no increases and inflation is currently about 10%.

That was great and shane looks a cool guy but when you look Shane up within the MLS and on zillow the deals dont match up anywhere close to the 200 deals on the title of or what he talks about in this video...Idt he is even an exp icon agent 🤷♂
I did the same thing. I don’t see any of the numbers he was talking about. 24 Fsbo listings in the past 5 months is what he said and I don’t see it. Anyways I still think he has some good scripts and tips
