I'm confused, I was told that back in the day it was a major issue because Buyer's didn't have proper representation and the listing agents fiduciary duties are to their Seller's, so that's how we eventually landed on the current model.. So now there's the possibility of just going right back to the Buyer's not having proper representation.. 🤷
No one ever will address how to get around your number becoming labeled as spam. There’s call verify and other things to try but they won’t help if you’re calling all day everyday. So what’s the solution? Burner phones? Something else? It’s like the biggest secret that coaches will never revel. Unless you pay. So Ricky gives free coaching. Please do an in depth video on avoiding your number turning to spam.
Maybe we will have more legal disclosures to make sure that sellers fully understand what they are agreeing to. We already have legal disclosures for wire fraud, affiliated business disclosures, agency, etc. The seller should already know how commission works. Add more disclosures to clarify. As Ricky said, it's your choice to use a real estate agent in the first place. I hope this turns out to be a nothing burger! 😂

wow she's smart smart smart. As a female I was so glad she touched on being a female caller I totally picked up on people not taking me serious because of my voice especially when talking to a man. I defiantly had to find the sweet spot of wanting to connect vs not being taken seriously.

The dialing system is RedX and it provides phone #’s that won’t show as spam. Boom: done!
