Tells her staunch catholic mother she is a lesbian ..oh dear what would the neighbours think......out the door and on the streets ...down to London she goes. Breaks the heart of a loving brother to see such ignorance ...but times change....she has got a good new life down south..and is OK. This song does bring a tear to this bruvs eye. Even if your not religious...the SPIRIT of Christmas is a very Real thing. A time to put squabbles aside ,to come together and wish someone a very genuine Merry christmas....avoid the rush and hype and be the peace on earth some people need to be a around xx don't say no say yes I will come for Christmas dinner
