Nikki temp to hire jobs were my shizz too! Im currently at my best paying job i got through an agency. You should def do a video on it because so many people dont know about them!
is it true that the staffing agencies take a percentage of your pay ? i’ve had a staffing agency reach out to me before but i didn’t know anything about it and i was nervous so i just declined😅😅
@@makeupissosexy yes they do, they took like 2 dollars from my hourly pay but once you become permanent with the job you get the full amount.
@@makeupissosexyyou’ll get a lesser amount than the companies permanent employees but a lot of the times the agency can you get in jobs you might not get independently!

The overtime thing is awesome. I worked at a daycare where if you had ONE MINUTE over 40 hrs or on track for even 1 min over, they’d ask you to clock out early. For 60 mf seconds.
