    At what stage do u do the metal stamping. When the cake is totally cooled or when hot or warm?

    Is that aluminium foil u use to line the pan? And do we need to invert to cool? In the video,its like not inverted to cool, sorry for my silly question

      I line the reusable baking paper in the pan, and wrap the pan with aluminium foil to prevent the water go in from the bottom. Yes i did inverted the cake but did not show on the video and put it back on the same baking paper to let it cool. No need to say sorry, you are welcome to ask again if you not clear.
