I’ve always appreciated your content, but the Admiral Akbar reference, and your Dead mousepad a while back have placed you at another level. You are the best out there as far as fundamentals and strategy. Keep up the exceptional content!
9:40 That is a very good point, Tbull. This game requires a lot of situational awareness and contextual play. So, people have to use their heads and think about whether what they are about to do makes sense. It’s not that a destroyer (or any other ship for that matter) cannot shoot or torp, but rather that doing so should serve a higher purpose than making the damage number go up for the sake of it.
While pounding that Dallas I would have swung hard right so you gave him angle and rest of the red gaggle a slim profile. It would have been moving position away from the caps but the "Little Pod that Could" would have provided spotting while getting back.
Amazing video brother I love watching your channel the amount of information I have learnt has help me so much. Keep up the amazing work! Also how is the Belfast? I thought about buying it since it’s for sale and I absolutely love British cruisers. I know you have a review on it but it’s been more than a year and I was just curious on how the ship stands now since alot has been added
Its a good ship; British light cruiser so high offensive damage output combined with somewhat suspect mobility and survivability. Has a radar and smoke, so plenty of tools to work with
Honestly I think Tennant is the way to go for the Devonshire. The guns are amazing and a bit of maneuverability and turret traverse does wonders. Also I think it's a great ship for ranked.
The base ping needs to fixed! There are times when I try pinging the base with nothing else in front of me but somehow it pings a teammate that is behind me!
Anyone using Jelicoe for the heavy cruisers? I run him with Takagi and Mikawa for a heal/regen build. I may switch him up with Fraser or AL Belfast though the heavies don’t have smoke.
I just watched another Tbull video about this. He recommend staying in torp mode so enemies don't get the number next to the "Spottet" symbol if they use Intuition.
I'm from there it's Pronounced Devonsher not ire. I had just loaded Devonshire up as you published this, I was running Fraser with Scott and Madden, so I switched the inspirations over to give it a go. Quite impressive results so I'll keep this on for a few games and see how it goes. Thank you for the vid Tbull really enjoying this game now I know what I'm supposed to be doing, your a star.
Yeah she’s pretty much the equivalent of a Leander class with a bit more in displacement, larger profile, and larger caliber guns. In game She’s a good ship you just have to play her right.
Trying to kite as many of those overloading ships as far north as he could would be a good option, or trying to play between B and C to provide crossfire pressure on the B cap would have been a good option. He doesn't have to sit there and get rocked by 5 ships, but still have a responsibility to slow down the blue activity on that flank
I do...every single time i come across them. But honestly doubt these reports have consequences. Does anybody have insights on that? My thinking about these ppl: 1. If you are not ready to play, don't play 2. If you don't have time or might be disturbed, don't play 3. If your connection is so bad that you might drop out, don't play 4. If you don't care about winning the game, play AI All because 1. - 4. ruins everyone else's game...it's just annoying af. I see it in 60% of games...especially with DDs
For me, the Devonshire is too sluggish. Really dont like it combined with the paperarmour. For heavy cruisers i really prefer the Aoba. Also Never lost a 1 on 1 against the Devonshire
@@sctm81 you are right, but If you are in a Bad Position, the Devonshire is more difficult to get away because of the slow turning rate. But everyone has its favourites :)
Each ship has its differences. During the CV test, I took time out with the Dev and made my own mission up........get the carrier! It brought some very good success notably in one game 39 downed NME aircraft!
Being from Devonshire in England it was funny listening to the pronunciation! It’s the second way you said it Devon”sher” not Devon shire
I was thinking the same when he pronounced the Cheshire the same way 😂😂

Yup! Lol
jack jones yep I'm from that neck of the woods, now living in Spain, but I did remind him of the pronounciation
Tbull needs a holiday to the UK for a crash course in pronunciation 😂
I've personally enjoyed the whole British heavy cruiser line.
My favourite of them all is a premium the Exeter, so versatile.

Run of the mill is perfect description.
WG should re-invent the wheel. I hate that using commands loses the steering, especially when pointing at caps can be so time consuming.
Freddy Fox 500 they need a command " get off the command wheel"
I wish they didn’t take off the curse option on the wheel

That sunset on Trap looks really nice
I absolutely adore this ship

@@TbullGaming thanks! 👌🏻
Im about to unlock the alaska from the bureau, would love to see a video about it
There is one out already
I play with Tennant for improved agility and extra turret rotation.
Great game. I'm grinding through the Hawkins right now. Not loving it. If I had to play tier 4 I'd definitely choose other cruisers
The space event would be nice with the yamato in a "starblazers/spaceship yamato" skin
It’s pronounced “Devon-Sher”, same goes for the “Chesh-er”. From the UK and live about 15 minutes away from Cheshire 😂
The enemy Dallas and Emile should've gutted that Podvoisky...
Yeah. My first thought was "He's dead."
Honestly I think Tennant is the way to go for the Devonshire. The guns are amazing and a bit of maneuverability and turret traverse does wonders. Also I think it's a great ship for ranked.
I citidaled a California with this ship to my surprise
Really good ship imo hitting really hard specially with HE... (commander roux level 16)
Unlike the hawkins lol

Hi, quick question...if you "torp select", does that count as spotting as well?!
I just watched another Tbull video about this. He recommend staying in torp mode so enemies don't get the number next to the "Spottet" symbol if they use Intuition.
They will still know that they are spottet doh.
Thanks mate!!

Isn't Emile also pronounced, "Aim-eal?
@@larrysmac yeah that’s right🤣🤣😎
Is the game 4k on ps5?
She may be a heavy cruiser but that’s only in terms of her guns. Her armor is paper thin.
Considering that's how heavy/light cruiser was determined historically, then she fits right in.
Yeah she’s pretty much the equivalent of a Leander class with a bit more in displacement, larger profile, and larger caliber guns.
In game She’s a good ship you just have to play her right.
What do you do if your the Fuso in that situation?

@@TbullGaming its frustrating as a BB when your spawn teammates basically commit suicide in the first 4 mins

For me it's the other way around. The AOBA lacks the extra turret and has too slow turret rotation for me.
