Thank you for raising awareness and talking about the vilim ball. I am 31 years old and had et since i was 16. Your videos always help me. Nobody is hating on people who say try propranolol, when the drug is not working. There's no one size fits all drug or treatment for et. Unfortunately et community is a very bitter one, a lot of depressed people (understandably) who are projecting their negativity on you. Please try and ignore the haters...
