It is not possible to grow through seeds, b coz both male and female plant will grow up, only the female will give nutmeg in good qty, where as in male a few nutmeg will catch

Seeds will take 7 years to harvest... go for budd or graft.. its only need two or three years to harvest... plants from seeds, all are not good in yield.. and there is a chance to propagate, most of them are get male plants
