I love this new series, keep up the good work man thanks for your help. How are players supposed to know which statistic scale the best on different weapon skills ? (ie mohgwyn spear scaling massively with arcane but not strength)

I wish they’d rebalance Rivers of Blood just a little bit. It’s such a cool weapon but it’s literally outshined by the starting katana making it all but obsolete when you can just use the uchi or nagakiba with blood flame blade

About eleonora's poleblade skill, i think the best think about it is how 90% of the ennemies are stunned into it, included malenia, it's like they can't escape the whole animation, making fight and exploration a lot easier. Also you get a bit a super armor during the leap and with all the multihit buff it's a monster. (At higher stat the fire cracked tear is better)

The thing about Maria’s execution sword is that you have to wait till late game or end game for the weapon to do lots of damage
Thanks for posting this! It's hard to find updated builds and advice after the several balances patches. For your talking speed that you mentioned at the beginning, I find the speed fine but think it might help understandability to put a gap between sentences. Some sentences and thoughts run together a bit.

Thanks for the videos currently running your burning bandit build having fun with it. I wanted to try gargoyle twinblade setup for my ng+ run do you think it would scale better than the other options on the video as im level 200 and have 50 extra points?
Yeah they’re good at high levels. Bandit curved swords get really high AR at 200+ too though.
Great vid 👌 How effective is dual wielding Eleonoras poleblade with another one or f.e. Godskin peeler with blood affinity and seppuku? (Quick successive attack buildup with jump attacks and blackfeather would be viable)

It's good, although repetitive and smashes stamina. 2h eleanoras is just so fun
I'm one of those people that used the Rivers of Blood and is just now coming back/starting over on a different platform, so thanks for the warning. Guess ill try Eleonara's until I reach Seppuku/Occult, then I'm torn between Blood Blade or those Scavengers

Thanks for the video.. im on my first playthrough and rn lvl70 with 60 vigor and 20 arcane on your Dual Scavengers bleed build.. how much Endurance should i keep before increasing Arcane stats in your opinion? Rn i have 15 Endurance which ik is very low
Around 25-28 when you reach 150 but around 100 level it should be atleast 20 if you have stamina problems you can use Greenburst Crystal Tear for stamina regeneration.
I would say minimum of 20 when you can get there. 25-30 at 150. 🤘

I’m new to Elden ring and I was a bit confused about the blood flame blade. So can I put BF blade on my great stars but also have prelates charge???
If you don’t do an elemental or status affinity yes. You can only use Bloodflame in standard, heavy, keen & quality.
Out of curiosity, if i wasnt stopping at 150 and kept leveling thorigh ng+7 and could end with multiple stats at 60 or 80+, do bandit curved swords overtake scavengers for damage?
Bandit’s at max level (even at 250+) in blood have better AR. 🤘

Starting katana or Nagakiba. Double slash & keen affinity with bloodflame blade. Better than the ROB after the nerfs.
Is it possible to do the scavenger build with only 1 of the swords? if you're not on NG+ yet? It seems that if i equip Scavenger + other curved sword, it only jump attacks with one blade? - any help? :)
Use a bandit curved sword in blood for your other one. 🤘

I’m just trying to figure out how he got his stats to be so high. from my math, he should be around 181 and not 150 with the hero class. But I could be mistaken.

Hello, I'm new to Elden ring and was wondering If I could get some help understanding some things in this video. I'm interested in the Mohgwyn build but don't understand some things. He keeps talking about Ash of War, but when he was going into his inventory I didn't see any Ash of war equipped to anything he had on. Also at 7:58 he talks about the Arcane stat going to "60 and 80", What does that mean? when looking at his stats, his Arcane was only 45. Again, I am new so could someone please explain this. Please and Thank you.
Mohgwyn’s is a somber weapon so you can’t change its ash, Bloodboon ritual. The damage for the ash scales with arcane mainly. 🤘
@@TheKingofRedLightning But What exactly does the phrase "60 and 80" mean in the context? and can it be applied to other stats in elden ring as well?
@@shoner4lyf790 they’re soft caps for damage. Most damaging stats have caps, or points where they get less damage afterwards. Arcane for damage is around 25, 45, 60 & 80.
@@TheKingofRedLightning So even though in the video you said "60 and 80" Arcane but only had 45 Arcane, the damage would still be similar?
@@shoner4lyf790 45 is a good damage cap but if you’re doing PvE only and not PvP, you can get a lot more damage at 60 & 80. I cap my levels at 150 (which is the meta for PvP).
For the scavenger build what attributes should I upgrade pass lvl 150
Arcane to 80. 60 vigor, 30 endurance would be good 👍 also after RL 250+ the bandit’s end up with the highest AR in blood affinity.
Im a noob! but how do you jump shot with both swords and sepuku on both? I find it hard to do
Just timing and jumping + L1/LB. And you can activate seppuku on both by two handing the off hand one, then going back to powerstancing.

Thanks! It boosts all damage by 10% at full HP. It’s great for casters.

Nice vid again. No colossal weapons? Rotten great axe or GUTS with Lion’s claw set to blood makes a good alternative to mix things up as does the flamberge with its innate bleed. One popular build I’ll never use is the jumping like a loon dual wield builds. They might do OP damage but it holds zero appeal or style for me😂

How can you get two of the same weapon though? Is it possible on the first playtrough or only in NG+? It seems to be the case for many of your builds.

I personally love the blood blade build. Or reduvia. It's basically the same outside of range and reuvia has a little bit more bleed build up.
But with bleed build just buff yourself twice and press a single button. Simple. I love that.
Would nagakiba as a dual wielding be better? And if so how would you build it for the sword. Seal or ash? Is occult best option?
The best option for Nagakiba is prob single one with double slash in keen & bloodflame blade. It will not do more than Mohg’s though or jump attack bleed builds. But it is, more fun imo. 🤘
I killed mohg with that build before he turned into that winged bastard.

How come in the bleed and frost build the sword with chilling mist the effect stays on mine always disappears
Are you switching back to powerstancing after? You can’t go to 2-handing the main hand one, it’ll disappear.
Yo @thekingofredlighting how come your stats are so high for lvl 150?? I’m referring to the scavengers build. I did my calculations, when I’m lvl 150, and I copy that build, I’ll have 48 vigor while you have 60 vigor? How does that make sense, I chose bandit as a starting class but there’s no way the -12 difference is from the class right? Is there another reason?
Starting class is Hero. Faith tear adds 10 levels for 3 minutes. 🤘

How to get 2 of the scavengers curve sword? I just have one and I don’t know how to get another one
You have to ask a friend to drop one for you. Or get it on second time through game I think.
I made a new run just to play with Mohgwyn's Sacred Spear, it is simply the best weapon in the game, the area damage is perfect for passing any area and destroys bosses so much that I just use the skil to blow the weapon because otherwise the game is very easy I got her at lv100 and even staying at that level I destroy everything. I would then reduce the strength points you put and focus on staying with 60 70 arcane, it does a lot more damage
Yep it’s great. I just have it set up so you can switch to Marais sword for bleed resistant bosses. 🤘

How does you scavengers with pure bleed handle pvp or shorter enemies like malenia?
Works well. But for PvP thrusting swords in blood are great like the bloody Helice.

Which place would the Bandit Curved Swords be?
They’re great but like all split stats better at RL 165-170+. They actually are number 1 at max level (I’ve tested all curved swords with 80 in each damage stat). They get amazing AR & great reach too. They replace the scavs when you can hit 60 Dex 45 arc. 🤘
What about the beastman's curved sword with blood affinity, they will have the highest AR + high bleed build up and scale great with strength and a little arcane?@@TheKingofRedLightning
@@chimopuff I prefer the scavs at 150 due to 1 stat investment. At high & max levels, Beastmen has the same AR as bandit (exact same to the point with 80 in all damage stats), but bandit’s have better reach.
Can you not use the incantation: "Bloodflame Blade" with the Nagakiba with occult affinity and the Ash of War: "bloody slash"?
If you can use the incantation: "Bloodflame Blade" with this build, why didn't Your Average Gamer use it in his Nagakiba build in this video. You would think even a little flame damage is better than no extra damage, pluse doesn't it add blood loss build up. They have the faith requirements. I am curious, could someone explain.
You can’t use weapon buffs on any weapon in occult affinity. Only heavy, standard, keen & quality.

How do you decide when it's better to keep pumping Arcane beyond 45 or to instead cap at 45 and then invest in Dex/Strength? I'm currently running a blood Godskin Peeler and blood Twinblade build and don't know if it's better to push Arcane above 45 or level Dex instead.
It depends. I’ll be doing a video for arcane crafting this Wednesday. If it’s on occult the bigger caps are 60 & 80, but for status effects it caps pretty hard at 45 arcane.

Swap out god skin for twin blade (similar scaling to gargoyle) go for 60 strength and 45 arcane as a lvl 150 baseline. Then push str to 80 and arcane to 80 afterwards. Also use sep on a side wep and run double royal knights resolve on both twin blades. You'll do bonkers dmg
QQ: Isn't Beastman better than Scavenger?
Totally level dependent. If you’re staying in the Meta at 125-150 scavs are best to keep 60 vigor & 51 poise. At about 170-200 beastmen’s are best. At max level bandits have the highest AR of any curved sword (or twinblade) in the game.

Gargoyles have higher AR. They’re still very good just not as good.
What’s the point of the faith knot tear?
For buffs. Base faith is 15, with the tear it gets to 25. Golden vow incantation is much better than the ash version, and is one of the best buffs in the game.

Also if soft cap is 60 for Arcane, does making it 65 for this build help or should I put more into Mind for more FP. I currently only have 12 Mind on my Scavengers build, wondering if I should try and bump up to 20 like AG has? cheers
The damage on the Marais Executioner is just comical. One attack getting ~10k and I could even do things to make it stronger. Love that sword.
Yep very good for big buffs. I just went for 2 & still hit about 10k lol

Awesome thanks! 🤘 it boosts dragon incantations by 15%. It’s also great for an arcane/faith build because it scales well with both.
How do i make the curved sword occult?
You need the whetblade for it. It’s in Nokron below where the meteor hits.

Not abusing the Rot Breath for your Arcane build is a major miss.
Rot just chews through health on anything that doesn't resist it.

It’s outclassed by a keen Nagakiba with Bloodflame blade now. It was nerfed 5 times unfortunately.

I have that on my OP build list (top 20 & 40), I just prefer the ash on a Nagakiba rather than being locked into a short range dagger.

scanvengers curved swords are too overrated there are better weapons than this
At 125-150 they’re great because stats are tighter in the meta. After that Beastmen & bandit’s. Bandit’s are best at max level (highest AR of all curved swords).
When i smoke weed i talk slower because when i talk normal i tend to mumble some words like peanut butter.
