Fantastic! I am blind and I use Reaper as the dow, the only one that allows blind people to produce music with autonomy and independence. pity that bookstores have no accessibility. But we always manage to write scripts and use some resources. I love rock, Heave metal. And thanks for your ideas.

Are we able to get access to all of the patterns using reaper and the native instruments keyboard? I’ve been told to shy away from this guitar plug-in because a lot of the patterns, we don’t have access to as blind people. let me know.

Loved your review! Just purchased this last night and it is blowing my mind! My old iMac died last week and I had to replace my Reason Rack Extentions, similar to this program, but Session is way better. I do have a question that I’m sure with your expertise you will know. Here’s what I”m looking for, in Rack Extentions I could select a single note or right next to it a huge Power Chord, I see that in this program, however, the loop or pattern repeats it’s self every measure. Is there a way to just hit it and it holds until you let off? I did see that putting it in playing mode I could do that, but then you are trying to get the correct inversion voicing to match your chord. Doable, but what I really liked about Extentions was just being able to pull this up really quickly instead of me trying to do it on my real guitar. (Not having an amp and tons of gear) I am loving your channel and will continue to watch and learn! Your video gave me the info to help me make an informed decision on buying it! Keep up the great work!

These tutorials are bloody great. You are an excellent teacher. So many other tutors are too rushed. They never give you time to let an instruction or tip to sink in. They have a machine gun approach to spraying you with instructions. And then you constantly have to rewind to see where they clicked. Breaks up the flow and cuts learning efficiency to a small fraction.

When you say double track I assume you mean one track playing key switches and another track triggering notes. This can be done in any DAW. Just create multiple midi tracks and assign those midi tracks to the same instance of your Kontakt track with Session Guitarist loaded. Thanks for asking and watching. -Kev

Does anyone know if the voicing selections are saved somehow? So if I come back to this set later, the voicing are preserved and the playback is the same. In other words, if I use the same pattern for another set or even later in the same set and choose a different voicing, is the voicing for the original use of the pattern automatically changed to match how it was recorded? Difficult to explain what I’m trying to ask so hopefully that made sense.
