    Thank you! I bought your book also and your workouts are helping me surf at age 65
    One question….when I do the scorpion I struggle to step forward to my hands with my right foot ( my front foot in surfing)
    What specific exercise can I do for that? Is it hip or spine mobility issue?

    Thank you for this great lesson. my take off is yet unstable. When I watched this video, I can understand the reason, maybe. I think your every motion is near to Japanese Aikido.

    Thank you for these exercises, great to have some that connect different parts of the body and have some flow. When I do the BJJ Hip Flow my hips are very tight on the inside (groin). Do you recommend any additional stretches I can target at that tightness?
