A proper Indian Cuisine ( which is originally and historically largely vegetarian) is one of the most healthy cuisine in the world. Indian cuisine encompasses all kinds of fiber, protein, carbs,fats, vitamins and minerals. Not everything is centered around spices and hotness either. If prepared correctly, you'll find that Indian cuisine is the most fulfilling and diverse cuisine ever.

I’ve had all these and then some. Vegan 7 years! Cured my diabetes, cancer and lost 50 lbs.. just a side note though, cut the oils out of these recipes and only eat oils that are in the veggies like eating the whole 🥑 not just the oil.
Jess_ALDC I believe you can reverse the effect of type 2 diabetes through healthy eating and weight loss (though I don’t think this is the case for everyone), but you can’t cure type 1. I personally find the idea it cured their cancer more dubious (and dangerous) than the claim it cured their diabetes (which if they were type 2 and lost 50lbs, it’s not surprising it was reversed).

I eat both greens and meat, but my sister is vegan (because of several illnesses, not her choice) and when she visits me, she always makes something delicious. Today she brought me tatare from made of...rice wafles! Sounds dumb, but it was honestly better than normal tatare. Vegan doesn’t always mean bland, tasteless food
