You know, I always thought this game would be about the Suicide Squad pulling a "fast one" on Waller and doing just that to piss her off. Waller assigns them the mission to kill them, the Squad essentially says "F-you" and goes on to save the JLA instead. They could've even done a thing were it takes a while for the Leaguers to recover from their Braniac brainwashing and the Squad has to hide them from Waller and ARGUS while they take out Braniac. But no. We got this steaming pile instead. Thanks for saving me money, WB. I guess.
WW could’ve used her sheer power to overpower Batman (hard to if not impossible with Arkham Batman), use the lasso, make Batman remember he’s BATMAN and from that point use Batman’s contingency plans for the JL to pacify and bring them back? Hell, knowing how Batman spent the entirety of AK overcoming becoming the Goddamned Joker, he could’ve just resisted the alien tech, team up with WW and The Flash and bring back the League that way. That would’ve been a better game.
Clones or not people are made about the treatment of the justice league because it's part of a larger trend that's been going on for a while now. People are tired of seeing their favorite heroes being humiliated.
I’ve been saying this from the beginning. They’ve never given us a single reason to care about any of these characters in the context of this universe other than just acknowledging they exist somewhere, besides Batman obviously. Even with Harley, all of her supposed “character development” and post Joker growth happened off screen, so we barely even know this version of her.

Even if they pull the clones twist, it still doesn’t fix how stupid the Justice League and downright brain dead Superman was to trust Brainiac. It doesn’t change that Wonder Woman DID die since she was never captured. Doesn’t undo that Metropolis was destroyed with all its citizens turned into monsters or dead. And it doesn’t change that the freaking Suicide Squad managed to defeat a supposedly cloned Justice League but also Brainiac while they couldn’t. There’s no fixing this outside of literally wiping it from canon.

The Injustice games are great. You should try them if you haven’t. Easy to follow story, you understand why Superman went bat shit insane, the good guys win, and they’re just great games overall. Also, Brainiac is a credible threat in Injustice 2.

it makes me so sad because I was one of the people who loved the path the story was going towards. Taking Bruce out of his isolation through the Justice League, and using that as a way to start a new chapter in the Arkham-Verse. There's so much I love about this idea. For one, The greater DC Universe is the other half to Batman's character. We explored the Bat-family and Batman's world which is his first half, then extending the story by introducing the rest of the DC Universe as Batman's next chapter? Bruce's friendship with Clark, Diana, the Justice League, Zatanna, Arrow and Canary, etc etc is always so interesting, and is what makes him a huge part of the greater DC Universe. Bruce being in complete isolation is not growth for his character, and doesn't represent who Batman is supposed to grow to be through his hero's journey. They had all the pieces there to make this work, but the gameplay is what killed it. It feels very bare bones, and nothing like how a Suicide Squad game should play. It's just depressing lmao

This game is one of the worst things I've ever seen in my entire life. Not just for being a terrible live service, but also for how it's full of atrocious writing not just for the plot, but also the characters. The Squad in this game are some of the most unlikable characters I can imagine in fiction with maybe the exception of King Shark, but even he suffers from being a rip off of Drax....But what's the most insufferable about this game is how it completely disrespects everything about the Batman Arkham series. It didn't just kill off Batman in the most disrespectful way possible, it also character assassinated him by having him show his face to the public again after he disappeared in Arkham Knight to keep his family and Gotham safe. Even during the final months leading up to the game, I was expecting it to be the most insulting video game since The Last of Us Part 2. (Though KTJL could be worse, who knows.) I unfortunately heard tiny spoilers of how the Justice League are treated and that made me decide to watch the game on RUclips instead of playing it. I'm sorry if I sound toxic and honestly I'm rarely this angry with anything fictional, even if it's something I really dislike. But KTJL is something special to me in a very terrible way....And I already had so much distaste in my mouth from CW Flash. It'll be shocking if this game is still alive by the end of the year judging by the amount of players it has.
He really took one for the team. Not only did he save ME a boatload of cash that I can now save to buy worth while Anime box sets, but he's also saved many an other gamer's wallet from suffering. That's why I love playthrough's like this for games I don't already have or have already played before. It helps me determine if I want to pick up the game for myself later.
I think this game could've been so much better and a lot more salvaged from it had they not tried to ride the tails of the Arkham games popularity. If this game was its own unique entity, it would've been fine. Now, as it is, it feels like a slap to the face of Arkham fans because these game studios now hate single player games because they aren't micro-transaction heavy or games as service. I wish these gaming companies would remember to appeal to ALL of their fanbase and not just a select few.
Something you brought up during the video is that they make some immature jokes and to me it seems similar to what happened in The Last Of Us Part 2 where they included a sex scene when those have been fading out of gaming over the past few years. Some studios seemed to realize that gamer's aren't going to keep enjoying the same old material, they're going to grow up and their tastes are going to change with them. The guys who wrote this game don't seem to realize that and have to put with the negative feed back from fans who are upset that these popular heroes were turned into jokes after dying. This seems like one of those things that was done out of spite because someone hated the Arkham games despite how popular they are and DC superheroes in general so they decided to make the fans who love both of those things destroy them.
Teen titans vs justice league the heros struggling to try and kill the mentors type stuff a teen titans game would be great and facing the justice league being controlled by ravens dad. Something like that. Maybe have suicide squad be sent in and you have to save them

When I first heard of the concept of this game I was kind of excited. Then I saw the trailer and the gameplay, my excitement dropped to 50%. When the game finally came out in its full failure and humiliation, I couldn’t care less about it. Maybe with some heeded feedback and developer talent Rocksteady and WB can make a good DC game. I’m not hold my breath for it though.
I hold the belief that Brainiac actually made the game and sent it through the multiverse to us. Turns out, the 13th Brainiac will be the asshat who greenlit this game.
The only bad things I hate about the game is all that unnecessary shit be on the screen, too many colors, enemies are weak af, could’ve had more boss fights other than the justice league, boss fights were mid but all the Arkham games boss fights were expect origins. It doesn't matter what happens next at this point. Metropolis is mostly destroyed. Wonder Woman was never captured and thus is definitely dead (logically). The residents of Metropolis are either dead or were turned into brainless monster mooks. Robin is (alledgedly) dead, at Batman's hands nonethless. Waller and Earth-2 Luthor have basically taken things over. Regardless of if the clone theory is right or not, the damage is already done. And I'm just talking about the in-universe consequences. The meta consequences are worse. The racist bio for GL, the stupid "Amazon are feminists patriarchy" bio for WW, Superman being stupid enough to train a visibly sinister alien traveling in a gigantic skull ship, the dialogue, the jokes, Harley, Batman's death, the overall depiction of the Squad, the gameplay, the fact the game doesn't even have a real ending, just a purple screen telling you "Ready for the DLCs to get a complete story?". Rocksteady near-perfect image is now tainted and it's made even worse with what we recently learned about Sefton Hill.
I was out once the genre was specified but the saddest issue of the game even prior is the premise, not matter how much love is put into the environmental design, (the fsct rhey put Danny the Street in was superb) and character depictions it will always fall victim to the core premise feeling in bad faith. Then ontop of that using the multiverse in the laziest way possible to just bring back characters people like/absolve them of what they did it's the exact criticism the general audience love to hate. Then to piss on the grave even more with respect to characterisation like how Lois reacts to Clark's death, Lex of all characters calling out "toxic masculinity". Them seemingly having no clue what to do with John based on how lax they're with the ring's rules & Deadshot being a different guy so they use the multiverse & pair them up as rivals which ooc just felt like they wanted to pair the 2 prominent black men against each other. Really breaking new ground there, feeling like a sitcom plot Id expect to see in Simpsons or Family Guy but without the ironic humour.

How in the absolute world do you as game devs not REALIZE THIS when it comes to COMIC BOOK GAMES REVOLVING AROUND SUPERHEROES OR SUPERVILLAINS!!!! Feel like so much of the vid is on politics. Or that it's just not Justice League. To me it's fine that went the squad instead. Didn't want kill jl but that's the premise fine. But this story doesn't feel like a Squad story. This isn't a focus on fighting the jl it's Brainiac. It's not a diverse roster of villains. It's not gameplay that really highlights the differences of villains. It's story ends bad so it can be live service. And it's live service model is more of the same. If we are going to off the jl make the seasons add more jl boss fights. If the games going to kill the jl have costumes that mock them or play on that because we're playing villains. Or maybe costumes that celebrate those heroes and others like we're playing a loot goblin. And speaking of loot just have better loot and gunplay. Going all guns and minimal melee is bad, but this game also lacks the diversity in weapons and gimmicks

Tbh, I'm in the minority, I'm having a ton of fun with it overall, but it isn't perfect. I love the Arkham franchise lol. And I'm enjoying the game. I'm finally playing thru the game myself lol. I do wish some stuff was different. Like, instead of it being a Suicide Squad game, I do wish it was a straight up Justice League game. I loved the JL stuff. And like, the designs are amazing, like, Wonder Woman is awesome, Superman looks great, and Batman looks good. And I am enjoying the story. The boss fights so far is pretty good. My issue is they built the game for multi-player stuff, and it's like, idc for multi-player stuff anymore. I get what they were doing like, you have a group of friends playing as the Suicide Squad. In theory, that could be great. Like, you play as completely different characters and like, it's a cool idea. Like, that was something people wished they'd do with Guardian of The Galaxy where you could play as the other characters. So, I just think it could've been executed better. And the gameplay is very repetitive.
“You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain” -Harvey Dent I wish this wasn’t the case with Batman in this game, I wish at the very least he could’ve somehow resisted the corruption near his end to really die the hero all Arkham fans know him to be. As well as to say I don’t mind the game all that much but there are some inconsistencies with it that don’t make sense, such as; Arkham Deadshot, Green Lantern’s ring, Superman and Kryptonite. I feel that some of these aspects don’t make sense to the story and we’re just used to push the story forward in their favor. Lastly, I wonder where the other usual Justice League members are in this universe and why aren’t they part of this Justice League like; Aquaman, Green Arrow, Martian Manhunter, etc.
Its amazing to me that they won't just make a basic "good guy defeats bad guy"-type game with these superheroes which people would actually like. They either keep trying to turn into something more than it is, or subvert it. I also wonder if this is also a consequence of the fact these superheroes just never end. You can only copy something so many times before it degrades, especially if you aren't keeping it simple.
The Arkham Experience scene is an example of one of those parts of the game to get you past the 2 hour gameplay mark. You put in so much time, you get invested, and you can't get a refund. So you might as well stick around, right?
Considering the Suicide Squad's entire point is to be expendable, what if they let you customize your own random schmuck? It would've actually made sense for your character to have harder times fighting the super heroes, dying, etc. You could also then let the notable members still exist, maybe they could be your guide on individual missions against their respective heroes, as notable members of respective rogues galleries. Or they could've just flat out said this is an Injustice situation. Alternate Universe that drags in to help, involuntary or not. Suddenly you can explain it as 'these guys are weaker but massive multiverse threats that will come to yours if you DON'T help'. If they really want a multiverse, you can also explain new heroes/villains that didn't exist before (Character Creator time to let a player customize their playstyle, lets say using the Suicide Squad abilities as a base. If Character Created Goons could get powers, establish it being you are limited due to circumstances)

To answer your question about 'Who was this for?'--it was for people who hate DC Superheroes. And I don't mean that as some sort of rage take; I really believe that's what happened. I think somebody as WB saw people making fun of their heroes, specifically for their no-kill rule, and perhaps some of the people who argue that heroes are actually problematic and cause more problems then they solve. And they also probably saw that some villains and anti-heroes have a huge following online. So they made this game to appeal to those people; they thought people would enjoy seeing the heroes being humbled and put in their place and seeing the villains have a moment to shine. The problem is that people who actively hate DC or superheroes aren't going to play a DC game, even if it is something different. And people who like villains (for the most part) don't want to see them turned into heroes and making pretentious speeches about how they're in the right.
Would’ve just had them battle the crime syndicate instead. Cut out most of the shooter stuff/live service and personalize each members unique fighting style. Double the squad roster maybe add movie characters at launch and permadeath mode
Im half way through the campaign and having a good time. The fast paced shooting and movement on pc honestly feels great. Biggest complaints ive heard is the lackluster ebd game, which is not something i planned to bother with anyways. Happy with the $25 price i paid so far
They honesty should have done an Arkham coop game where you play as the bat fam kinda like a good version of Gotham knights and add new missions every couple months
My only disagreement is that I would still argue that it was disrespectful towards Kevin. Why? A. I simply do not believe for a second that these members were always meant to be clones. If that happens, it's a retcon. The games writing makes it quite clear that the player is supposed to be cheering that the league is dead. Especially when THAT scene plays out. And B. Kevin knew he wasn't going to live much longer. He more than likely just wanted to keep playing the character he loved just as much as the fans. At least for however long he had left. Many people in his shoes likely would have done the same.
I watched a friend play this right after he beat it, he never played again. After seeing him play, I didn’t see anything in the game that I haven’t seen before. There are much better looter shooters out there that came out decades ago that still gives a much more enjoyable experience than SS. Of course this is subjectively speaking and you should be free to enjoy what you want.

Foundation of the game and its story are definitely not as bad as ppl would like most to believe after all it is a suicide squad story for god sakes. But where this game truly falters is gameplay variety ; Swapping out elemental effects is basic level af if we are talking variety. Why does everyone only have 1 take down animation ? Why do you have to grind to unlock characters you paid for? Why are there no legitimate in game cosmetics to earn via challenges or milestones? Other than that, Great audio design, map design , sound design, graphics , voice ensemble , and it’s a lot of fun with friends . Just gets boring cuz everything feels so redundant
I love the suicide squad, and a HUGE fan, and I was so excited for this game. I played maybe a few hours of it and never touched it again. I stopped playing before the joker even came out. It’s so boring. Plain and simple. I was just BORED the entire time…and I don’t plan on picking this game back up to finish it. (Oh yeah, I never even finished the games story, that’s how bored I was)

Yeah it’s like I’m not even sad I’m just bummed out at the bad writing and getting rid of potential cool characters for no reason.
I’ve been saying this from the beginning. They’ve never given us a single reason to care about any of these characters in the context of this universe other than just acknowledging they exist somewhere, besides Batman obviously. Even with Harley, all of her supposed “character development” and post Joker growth happened off screen, so we barely even know this version of her.

it makes me so sad because I was one of the people who loved the path the story was going towards. Taking Bruce out of his isolation through the Justice League, and using that as a way to start a new chapter in the Arkham-Verse. There's so much I love about this idea. For one, The greater DC Universe is the other half to Batman's character. We explored the Bat-family and Batman's world which is his first half, then extending the story by introducing the rest of the DC Universe as Batman's next chapter? Bruce's friendship with Clark, Diana, the Justice League, Zatanna, Arrow and Canary, etc etc is always so interesting, and is what makes him a huge part of the greater DC Universe. Bruce being in complete isolation is not growth for his character, and doesn't represent who Batman is supposed to grow to be through his hero's journey. They had all the pieces there to make this work, but the gameplay is what killed it. It feels very bare bones, and nothing like how a Suicide Squad game should play. It's just depressing lmao
This “Game” is a complete insult to WB, DC, the Arkhamverse, Kevin Conroy’s Legacy, the Fans, and most of all Video Games that its main purpose is to Entertain Others to a Escapism, this should have been either a Justice League, Superman, or a Batman Beyond Game and honestly SM2, MK1, and Multiversus are much better than SSKTJL because just for the Title who ask for this? This game is one of the worst things I've ever seen in my entire life. Not just for being a terrible live service, but also for how it's full of atrocious writing not just for the plot, but also the characters. The Squad in this game are some of the most unlikable characters I can imagine in fiction with maybe the exception of King Shark, but even he suffers from being a rip off of Drax....But what's the most insufferable about this game is how it completely disrespects everything about the Batman Arkham series. It didn't just kill off Batman in the most disrespectful way possible, it also character assassinated him by having him show his face to the public again after he disappeared in Arkham Knight to keep his family and Gotham safe.
Even during the final months leading up to the game, I was expecting it to be the most insulting video game since The Last of Us Part 2. (Though KTJL could be worse, who knows.) I unfortunately heard tiny spoilers of how the Justice League are treated and that made me decide to watch the game on RUclips instead of playing it. I'm sorry if I sound toxic and honestly I'm rarely this angry with anything fictional, even if it's something I really dislike. But KTJL is something special to me in a very terrible way....And I already had so much distaste in my mouth from CW Flash. It'll be shocking if this game is still alive by the end of the year judging by the amount of players it has.

I think this game could've been so much better and a lot more salvaged from it had they not tried to ride the tails of the Arkham games popularity. If this game was its own unique entity, it would've been fine.

Something you brought up during the video is that they make some immature jokes and to me it seems similar to what happened in The Last Of Us Part 2 where they included a sex scene when those have been fading out of gaming over the past few years. Some studios seemed to realize that gamer's aren't going to keep enjoying the same old material, they're going to grow up and their tastes are going to change with them. The guys who wrote this game don't seem to realize that and have to put with the negative feed back from fans who are upset that these popular heroes were turned into jokes after dying. This seems like one of those things that was done out of spite because someone hated the Arkham games despite how popular they are and DC superheroes in general so they decided to make the fans who love both of those things destroy them.
Teen titans vs justice league the heros struggling to try and kill the mentors type stuff a teen titans game would be great and facing the justice league being controlled by ravens dad. Something like that. Maybe have suicide squad be sent in and you have to save them

When I first heard of the concept of this game I was kind of excited. Then I saw the trailer and the gameplay, my excitement dropped to 50%. When the game finally came out in its full failure and humiliation, I couldn’t care less about it. Maybe with some heeded feedback and developer talent Rocksteady and WB can make a good DC game. I’m not hold my breath for it though.

It doesn't matter what happens next at this point. Metropolis is mostly destroyed. Wonder Woman was never captured and thus is definitely dead (logically). The residents of Metropolis are either dead or were turned into brainless monster mooks. Robin is (alledgedly) dead, at Batman's hands nonethless. Waller and Earth-2 Luthor have basically taken things over. Regardless of if the clone theory is right or not, the damage is already done.
And I'm just talking about the in-universe consequences. The meta consequences are worse. The racist bio for GL, the stupid "Amazon are feminists patriarchy" bio for WW, Superman being stupid enough to train a visibly sinister alien traveling in a gigantic skull ship, the dialogue, the jokes, Harley, Batman's death, the overall depiction of the Squad, the gameplay, the fact the game doesn't even have a real ending, just a purple screen telling you "Ready for the DLCs to get a complete story?". Rocksteady near-perfect image is now tainted and it's made even worse with what we recently learned about Sefton Hill.

I was out once the genre was specified but the saddest issue of the game even prior is the premise, not matter how much love is put into the environmental design, (the fsct rhey put Danny the Street in was superb) and character depictions it will always fall victim to the core premise feeling in bad faith.
Then ontop of that using the multiverse in the laziest way possible to just bring back characters people like/absolve them of what they did it's the exact criticism the general audience love to hate.
Then to piss on the grave even more with respect to characterisation like how Lois reacts to Clark's death, Lex of all characters calling out "toxic masculinity".
Them seemingly having no clue what to do with John based on how lax they're with the ring's rules & Deadshot being a different guy so they use the multiverse & pair them up as rivals which ooc just felt like they wanted to pair the 2 prominent black men against each other. Really breaking new ground there, feeling like a sitcom plot Id expect to see in Simpsons or Family Guy but without the ironic humour.

To me it's fine that went the squad instead. Didn't want kill jl but that's the premise fine. But this story doesn't feel like a Squad story. This isn't a focus on fighting the jl it's Brainiac. It's not a diverse roster of villains. It's not gameplay that really highlights the differences of villains.
It's story ends bad so it can be live service. And it's live service model is more of the same. If we are going to off the jl make the seasons add more jl boss fights. If the games going to kill the jl have costumes that mock them or play on that because we're playing villains. Or maybe costumes that celebrate those heroes and others like we're playing a loot goblin.
And speaking of loot just have better loot and gunplay. Going all guns and minimal melee is bad, but this game also lacks the diversity in weapons and gimmicks
The whole conversation of the Harley Quinn/Wonder Woman sexualization reminds me that when Atomic Heart came out, western journos (subhuman filth) blew a gasket about the ballerina androids and said it was unrealistic AND sexist, when they were modeled after the CEO OF THE COMPANY, WHO WAS MORE THAN HAPPY TO BE THE MODEL FOR THEM

Tbh, I'm in the minority, I'm having a ton of fun with it overall, but it isn't perfect. I love the Arkham franchise lol. And I'm enjoying the game. I'm finally playing thru the game myself lol. I do wish some stuff was different. Like, instead of it being a Suicide Squad game, I do wish it was a straight up Justice League game. I loved the JL stuff. And like, the designs are amazing, like, Wonder Woman is awesome, Superman looks great, and Batman looks good. And I am enjoying the story. The boss fights so far is pretty good.
My issue is they built the game for multi-player stuff, and it's like, idc for multi-player stuff anymore. I get what they were doing like, you have a group of friends playing as the Suicide Squad. In theory, that could be great. Like, you play as completely different characters and like, it's a cool idea. Like, that was something people wished they'd do with Guardian of The Galaxy where you could play as the other characters. So, I just think it could've been executed better. And the gameplay is very repetitive.

I wish this wasn’t the case with Batman in this game, I wish at the very least he could’ve somehow resisted the corruption near his end to really die the hero all Arkham fans know him to be. As well as to say I don’t mind the game all that much but there are some inconsistencies with it that don’t make sense, such as; Arkham Deadshot, Green Lantern’s ring, Superman and Kryptonite. I feel that some of these aspects don’t make sense to the story and we’re just used to push the story forward in their favor. Lastly, I wonder where the other usual Justice League members are in this universe and why aren’t they part of this Justice League like; Aquaman, Green Arrow, Martian Manhunter, etc.
Whoever decided this should be a follow up to Arkham Knight and came up with this story. Should be fired
Its amazing to me that they won't just make a basic "good guy defeats bad guy"-type game with these superheroes which people would actually like. They either keep trying to turn into something more than it is, or subvert it.
I also wonder if this is also a consequence of the fact these superheroes just never end. You can only copy something so many times before it degrades, especially if you aren't keeping it simple.
The Arkham Experience scene is an example of one of those parts of the game to get you past the 2 hour gameplay mark. You put in so much time, you get invested, and you can't get a refund. So you might as well stick around, right?

Considering the Suicide Squad's entire point is to be expendable, what if they let you customize your own random schmuck? It would've actually made sense for your character to have harder times fighting the super heroes, dying, etc. You could also then let the notable members still exist, maybe they could be your guide on individual missions against their respective heroes, as notable members of respective rogues galleries.
Or they could've just flat out said this is an Injustice situation. Alternate Universe that drags in to help, involuntary or not. Suddenly you can explain it as 'these guys are weaker but massive multiverse threats that will come to yours if you DON'T help'. If they really want a multiverse, you can also explain new heroes/villains that didn't exist before (Character Creator time to let a player customize their playstyle, lets say using the Suicide Squad abilities as a base. If Character Created Goons could get powers, establish it being you are limited due to circumstances)
This game could be the best thing that ever happened to WB and Rocksteady if they end up course correcting and going back to make Arkham games

To answer your question about 'Who was this for?'--it was for people who hate DC Superheroes. And I don't mean that as some sort of rage take; I really believe that's what happened. I think somebody as WB saw people making fun of their heroes, specifically for their no-kill rule, and perhaps some of the people who argue that heroes are actually problematic and cause more problems then they solve. And they also probably saw that some villains and anti-heroes have a huge following online. So they made this game to appeal to those people; they thought people would enjoy seeing the heroes being humbled and put in their place and seeing the villains have a moment to shine. The problem is that people who actively hate DC or superheroes aren't going to play a DC game, even if it is something different. And people who like villains (for the most part) don't want to see them turned into heroes and making pretentious speeches about how they're in the right.

Im half way through the campaign and having a good time. The fast paced shooting and movement on pc honestly feels great. Biggest complaints ive heard is the lackluster ebd game, which is not something i planned to bother with anyways. Happy with the $25 price i paid so far

My only disagreement is that I would still argue that it was disrespectful towards Kevin. Why? A. I simply do not believe for a second that these members were always meant to be clones. If that happens, it's a retcon. The games writing makes it quite clear that the player is supposed to be cheering that the league is dead. Especially when THAT scene plays out. And B. Kevin knew he wasn't going to live much longer. He more than likely just wanted to keep playing the character he loved just as much as the fans. At least for however long he had left. Many people in his shoes likely would have done the same.
I watched a friend play this right after he beat it, he never played again. After seeing him play, I didn’t see anything in the game that I haven’t seen before. There are much better looter shooters out there that came out decades ago that still gives a much more enjoyable experience than SS. Of course this is subjectively speaking and you should be free to enjoy what you want.

After I played the beta I was like this game was trash… said I would try it again if I saw it at $20… saw it at $20 and still didn’t buy it lol

I love the suicide squad, and a HUGE fan, and I was so excited for this game. I played maybe a few hours of it and never touched it again. I stopped playing before the joker even came out. It’s so boring. Plain and simple. I was just BORED the entire time…and I don’t plan on picking this game back up to finish it. (Oh yeah, I never even finished the games story, that’s how bored I was)

Guys it was a lovely video and this issue summurizes in a very simple point. They don't hire people who are fans about the product anymore. It's all about pushing a political message. Sure they might be some devs who cares but they're not the ones taking the decisions.
Yall had a lot of points but straight up on the sexualization one I think it just went over your head. It’s not that there’s no sexuality with these characters, they just aren’t designing their looks to be half naked and borderline pornagraphic.

I was so disappointed with this game i had high high hopes with it and some how robocop rogue city is better. A fps game based on a old 80s action movie is better than a game made by what was one of the most beloved super hero game creators is awful.

Ngl I took the “one of the good ones” quote as a dig at police cause of when the game was bein made ya know. And I think the game is mid. But a fun sandbox that ain’t as grindy and pay to win as destiny PLUS it’s DC so it’s coo to me. I LOVE the Arkham games but I see this as an elseworld/ what if like when I watched the “Titans” show. The gameplay is so different I almost can’t even relate it as an actual sequel. Only reason I dislike this game is cause I spent $100 and still don’t have my justice league skins 🙃🔫
