    Hi I'm in the middle of trying to fix a garage door that is not square their for it's hard lifting it manually theirfor reason the motor fried any help with going about how to align the rails against the wall where wheels slide up n down because the ceiling and the ground aren't level so how do I go about lining that up and also do the rails have to be plumb ty

    • @josephk9182
      @josephk9182  2 года назад

      You need to level the rail vertically using level tool. Also make sure the garage door's springs are suite to the doors weight. You should reach technical support from the company that manufacture your garage system.

The springs are heavy duty they are old but huge springs they run horizontally across the top ceiling along side of rail

    If the Saf-T-Beams are not polarity sensitive, why worry about which wire to use? Just wire them in parallel
    Also I was told that with the wall controller, it also is not polarity sensitive. And if it does not light up, merely switch the wires.
