I am going through this too! 6 months ago, I was getting super fit to compete in UCI Masters World Granfondo Championships, but I was hit by an erratic van driver while training in Spain, I'm still battling with the repercussions of concussion, whip lash and of course a few broken bones. Thank god, my 35 years of sport and strength training saved me from more damage,¡. ( 64 year old menopausal woman) last year had a dexa scan that said I had top level for my age...Like Tako, I lost memory, no tolerance for stimulation and cycling ( which I've done for most of my life) has been a struggle. I am naturally a fighter, but I am learning that Brain injuries can not be bought. there is no normal timeline, Small steps are the frustrating truth. thanks for interviewing him. Brain injuries are " invisible" injuries and people don't understand
