I just realized something, the book club book she was reading about the woman figuring out who she wants to be, that's what this is all about. Rio and Beth is a gangster love story, he's teaching her the whole time how to be boss and of course both are stubborn and just alike and deny, deny, but when love and fate pushed them together who deep wants to be on the same path, it happened, I mean, she shot him, he stole her stuff, fighting what was inevitable, they're partners, not just business, but in life and this show is the journey how they complicated two people got there.
