'It's so nice being back on tarmac' is something I don't think I've ever said 😂 Great job on capturing it all on video Harry, looking forward to the next instalment 👍🏃
Morning Harry. Another slick running video. Fame and fortune beckons! Full range of emotions on view. Keep it up(oooh er missus) Gazz in Boring Barnstaple. 🍉🍉
It's been really interesting following this challenge, and seeing the ups and downs of the consistent distance every day. Awesome job so far, looking forward to the last installment!👌🏼
Well done Harry. Can certainly tell it was getting tougher at this stage of your challenge. Looking forward to the next episode and seeing how it all finished.
Thanks Tim, I'm only sorry I can't provide the cycling and swimming side of things for you, we're a bit 'travel by foot' heavy on this channel so you'll have to excuse the running purism.
Good lord, talk about a weeks of the proverbial ups and downs. I was knackered just watching this while nursing a hot cup of tea and eating chocolates after an early raid on Christmas supplies.
We are humans, we are made to move, not just sit around or stand around. You're so funny and those moments should be edited together haha!! 6:28 jelly babies what a name 🤣
I know I'm watching this 18 months down the line, and I was going to ask this anyway, but your penultimate day here pushes me towards the question, but why did you choose to do the exact same distance every day?!
Just the consistency, and something poetic in ‘10 miles everyday for 31 days’ also it’s the only way of running he shortest distance, any change to get 500K in and you will have to run more than 10 miles in a day, and for me the trade off of having a rest day just to then run 15-20 miles on a another day, wasn’t so efficient, but I think it would be interesting for someone to take it on and try something different as an approach.
outstanding mate, great vids and narrative, deffo should be more subs and views thecontent is mega
Very kind of you to say, takes effort to put it all together but I just love it. Very grateful for anyone watching. Cheers
Love it Harry " I dont know what went into that granola this morning but WOWEE" 😂😂🧡
Since finishing Shaun I've had to ease off on the granola due to the slight dip in calorie burn - how middle class.
These videos are really inspirational. Even on your worst days you’re bright and uplifting. I can’t wait for the next one
Thank you Halion - just wait for the video where I lose it and begin throwing my running shoes into a nearby river.

Glad you enjoyed it - then again I'll take snow any day.
