- It's just go, go go at the mo! The buzzard chicks are growing fast and there's be a couple of new arrivals too. The puppy is finding his feet and the falcons are starting to find a bit of fitness now!

Wow, the beginning and end of this video gave me chills. It's just so stunning and amazing to watch these birds fly in cooperation with a human. The middle of the video made me feel happy to see such beautiful and cute birds and pups be so loved and well cared for. Love this channel!! ❤ 🐕🐶 🦅🕊🐣

If someone asked to explain why this channel fascinates me, I’d be at a loss. I have no birds of any kind. Probably won’t ever have one. Their amazing creatures though. (Fable of course is my favorite.). Maybe it’s because I used to go hunting with my dad when I was very young. I loved those moments. Eve. though he raised hunting dogs, I think this somehow reminds me of that time. Anyway, thanks for sharing. And best wishes for your move!

same here, I think seeing the way Amy's control of the space where the birds fly expands your experience of the world. The next time you go out in the country side, you will immediately think: are there any birds of prey and I wonder if this is good hunting ground..;-) ; it reminds me of working on the family farm when I was 12 and seeing the dogs chasing prey in the bushes and hawks and falcons hunting and seeing how the height of their flying paterns indicated where the prey was...
I feel the same. Don't have birds, never had, and probably never will. I never hunted or anything but there is just something about all of this that is so interesting and fascinating. Maybe it is the lack of knowledge about this life and the positive energy in the video that does it, but I will never know.

Watching these videos reminds me of a time when I was younger & how my family had 5 dogs & 9 birds ( 5 turkeys, 2 peacocks, & 2 Toulouse geese) all as pets. One of those turkeys I became very attached to; Tom Turkey was his name and he & I were best buds. One fond memory of mine was when I snuck Tom inside & sat in a rocking chair with him right behind my mom's chair, while she was in it, & rocked him to sleep. The only problem was that Tom was a bit persnickety about being woken up & would gobble instantly; which is what he did when I tried to sneak him back out. Oh the ruckus that ensued! 😂
Honestly don't know how you do it, so many beautiful birds, and all being looked after with the utmost care. It's poetry and it's magnificent, the close relationship you have with them.
You must have perfect timing...they go SO fast don’t they? Don’t blink 😝. What a simply gorgeous day to be outside and watching them fly. Your new puppy is just adorable...his chin whiskers make me laugh. I know that mammals do very well at fostering babies and succeeding but I didn’t know birds, especially birds of prey did it. Isn’t that wonderful. Thank you for all the fascinating information. You’re never too old to learn and I’m proof of that! Take care.

what amazes me over and over on this channel is that the falconry alone is an astonishing accomplishment but then it is topped off with extraordinary storytelling and superior videography .... an almost unbelievable combination of skills that leaves me in delighted awe
Amy, I don't know if you really realize and can appreciate how peaceful and zen-like it is for us watching you work these magnificent birds. All I can say is, please don't tire of what you are doing and especially posting the videos. I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way! I love it!
Brynn is such a sweetheart. I’ve only seen Spinones in dog shows, so it’s wonderful to see him on a farm living a true happy, hunting life. Good boy! ❤️
Superb! Particularly the last two minutes with the Saker; magnificent! A well-known, yet apparently easily forgettable philosopher encouraged us to think that, 'Hell is other people...' Well... I guess he wasn't a falconer without a bird... so seeing that last two minutes was a glimpse of heaven. Shine on.

Love the fuzz on top of the puppy's head! The birds are so beautiful. I live in an area that’s surrounded by the Niagara escarpment so in the summer the red tail hawks are constantly circling on a hot summer's day so high up. There’s are starling that comes to our feeders that mimics the sound of a hawk...sneaky..the squirrels and chipmunks scatter! Great video and take care ❤️ 🇨🇦
Falconry definitely looks like a lot of work. But it sure looks rewarding too. I especially love the goshawk, a magnificent woodland hunter!!

Just Saw my first wild peregrine beautiful bigs they are a lot bigger then I thought boop boop
*IF* you are British I can almost guarantee a siting of a wild bird at a viewpoint near Symonds Yat on the border of Herefordshire/Gloucestershire, England and Monmouthshire,Wales. In the unlikely event that you don't see a pair that nest near the viewpoint you will undoubtedly see a beautiful view in a beautiful part of the world.
(I have no links to the area, no skin in the game, nothing to gain by writing this - except, perhaps, the hope that someone else will get as much happiness as I did watching everything going on - there is lots to see!)

Many years ago I worked in raptor rehab - we would take in wild, injured or sick birds (mostly owls and hawks, rarely an eagle) and take care of them until they were ready for release. Your videos bring back memories. Makes me want to come by to work at your place for a while just to see how much I still know - well, if the world were any kind of normal again.
Its kind of like watching an RC Fighter Jet with a live pilot on board flying it, except its actually a live bird !

Love your birds, and your videos. I live in the US and have way too many Squirrels and Chipmunks, and therefore was overjoyed to hear the screech of a Red Tailed Hawk in the area. Finally I saw it sitting in a big Oak tree in my yard, so magnificent. Bless you for being brave enough to do what you love. You do us all a great service in preservation and education.

I take care of a feral cat colony that is TNR'd (trap,neuter and release). They play an intregal role in keeping down rats and mice.
