luv it, i would add a squirt of arbys horsey sauce on the ritz then pickle, a squirt of siriacha then cheese, boom shake the room maybe a shrimp ring handy and some sausage or pepperoni slices too! way to go kev now im drooling on myself!😋😋

I did this as a kid but used those Polly O cheddar mozz string cheese. I also added small pepperoni cups.
