西藏曾经是奴隶制的地区，95%都是农奴，奴隶主会用奴隶的皮和骨头做饰品，后来中国共产党执政后解救了西藏人民，逃跑到国外的奴隶主被美国、印度一些国家的收留，并支持他们对抗中国共产党，你听到的那些关于西藏的谣言就是这些人在散播
中国的少数民族一直享受超国民待遇，结果西方国家还造谣抹黑中国，这就是中国人对西方国家反感的原因。

the state of oppression was before 1951, after the liberation of tibetan slaves from their former masters who were evil monks and land owners by chinese government, they are free to live on their own, using their own efforts. recent poverty relief efforts helped them to relocate to new homes built by ethnic tibetan local government for no charge / free, helping them to learn skills on planting on scale or teaching the women on craft work which they made and sell for income. cgtn channel shows many of these poverty relief efforts.

想了解一個地方，看當地人的表情就大概知道了，一個個都是快樂滿足的表情，而且注意到了每個人手上那個轉轉的，而且招牌上都有藏文，文化宗教都維護得非常好

藏文招牌那是必须的，西藏的老一代是真的不太认识汉字，过去的学校基本只教藏语

16年去的西藏，绝对是世上最美的地方！就是吃的没有那么美味。但是水的质量特别好。洗脸之后，皮肤都是滑滑的。当时被藏人的虔诚所折服。真的很感动。在西藏的寺庙里还结交了一个藏族朋友，一起朝圣，一起吃饭，一路聊天。在坐飞机的时候也遇到了空姐对藏人的“特殊对待”（因为那几个藏人不会讲汉语，但是坐在紧急出口，与空姐沟通不了，把空姐气坏了，使劲儿地翻白眼）
19年去印度文化交流，当时也有机会结交了几个藏族朋友。虽然看起来和其他种族的年轻人没什么差别，都是很现代很时尚的，还哈韩。哈哈。但是一打坐，还是有模有样的。在那次交流会中，不难看出藏族，不丹和泰国的这些年轻人还是有灵修基础的。
感觉不论是在藏地的藏人还是在海外的藏人，虽然生活在这个物欲横流，快餐文化的大环境里，但是灵修生活始终都是他们生活最神圣最有价值的部分。
衷心的祝福西藏，祝福藏人！！！

I'm just traveling China through your vlogs now since after 2018 I haven't been able to travel to China to tick more places off my bucket list of locations. At least Guiling and Zhang Jia Jie got ticked off early...yeah I do appreciate how safe my friend and I feel when traveling around in China.

Wonderful video! Thanks for posting. In my mind, one of the most devastating effects of COVID has been the total collapse of Western tourism to China and the magic of people-people interaction between the 2 cultures.
It will only reopen next year gradually, but still depend on how these countries and regions control their outbreaks.

I have lived in Lhasa for four years.Lhasa is becoming more and more modern, and I was originally just a person who wanted to live slowly.Now it is more and more like a big city, and more convenient.Don't believe the reports of foreign media, because China has invested a lot of money in Tibet.The local people here live very comfortably.Welfare is better than that of inland cities.Without the Communist Party, Lhasa would not be safe, beautiful and convenient at all.
And soon, a Sichuan-Tibet and even a Yunnan-Tibet railway

如果没有高反，拉萨是另一个去了就不想走的地方，我可以坐在布宫广场发呆半天，然后去纯藏餐馆要上一壶酥油茶再喝上半天。瑞丽、路卡的视频让我又回到圣城拉萨，上一次离开那里是2019年的夏天。
西藏是人们寻求心灵慰藉的地方，是神会眷恋的地方，在2014年我患上了抑郁症，觉得活着没有意义，是一件痛苦的事情，但即便身患抑郁症我却十分喜欢旅游，因为在旅游中我会放松，会思考人活着的意义是什么！ 之后我踏上了那个一直神秘又神奇的地方！西藏的美很朴实无华，它有着神奇的魔力，会让人离开后一直想念！
我认为世界上有很多值得去的地方，这里面就包括西藏！ 或许是因为旅行又或者是因为西藏的行程改变了我的命运，当我旅行回来后，我放下了所有，变得不再偏执！对于未来没有了要求也就没有了压力！在这里我想对患有抑郁症的人说，如果感觉辛苦，委屈，又或者对生活失望 你可以打包好行李去西藏短住一段时间，你可以住在西藏的青年旅馆，会认识到各行各业的新朋友.畅聊过后你会觉得对于人生有新的认识！

Yes, as a Chinese, I don't think there's anything bad about it. Our main ethnic group is the Han nationality. I think we are richer and better educated than the people in Tibet. Therefore, it is fair to give preferential treatment to the people in Tibet so that we can stand on the same starting line.

我也想去拉萨看看可是怕高原反应，怕身体吃不消。看看你们的视频很好看到一个欢快的拉萨和亲和的藏族同胞。
若能自驾，分开行程，超过2500米高度后多留宿，每天上升不超过300米，身体就能适应。若不能自驾，那就搭乘火车，别搭飞机，因为飞机从平地飞到拉萨高度上升过于迅速，身体无法适应。我以前是登山队的，我们登山就是以这方法克服高反

I have traveled to Lhasa, the Potala Palace, temples and some Tibetan landmarks over ten years ago. The wonderful sceneries are simply out of this world. Riding the trains in between Xi-Ning and Lhasa is another unforgettable experience to say the least! Its wonderful to see local people gathering and dancing happily on the street in your video, so joyful and contagious! Great job Luca and Rachele! Missing Tibet very much and will definitely visit again.
