Moving To Forest, Virginia...Just Outside Lynchburg, VA

If the Lynchburg Virginia area is on your mind of possible places to move, check out Somerset Meadows in Forest, VA. It's a beautiful community of about 200 houses. Prices range from mid to high $500,000s to the $700,000s (and a few that are more than that).
There is an HOA that dictates the size of homes built, the exterior materials to be used (no all siding houses here), and other architectural things. But your average size lot is between a half and 1 acre. You're 30 minutes or less from downtown, 1 hour 20 minutes from Charlottesville (and Costco), 1 hour from Roanoke, and 2 hours 15 minutes from Richmond. You're close to all of the colleges and universities and the airport.
You'd be right across the street from London Downs Golf Club and you have easy access to 460. If these homes are in your budget, you can't find a much nicer place to be!
