Watch this before your driving test so you know what to say!
Show me tell me questions are also called vehicle safety questions. You'll be asked one tell me question before you start driving on your driving test and one Show me question during your driving test. In this video I cover all the tell me questions with learner driver Frankie.

any tips for someone whos got their test booked next week?
You need to be calm..Try chewing gum, it will help with the nerves..you could also do some sort of commentary (saying what you’re doing, like “mirror check, signaling left”.. it will also help the examiner believe you know what you’re doing..plus try to be chatty and nice upon starting your test, I asked my examiner how long he had been in the job and what he does for hobbies (thankfully he is a United fan and we joked about the FA and how I felt bad about my team(arsenal) not winning the league. Just assume you’re giving the examiner a lift and he/she isn’t your examiner. I hope this helps..

Booked my test this morning for later this afternoon after they kept changing my date last minute revision this has been the most useful video for me!
I literally paused at 4:35 and thought I will probably say something left field like place a brick on the brakes and go check outside but then you mentioned it which made me laugh.

You forgot to include how to use the horn. You just roll down the window on the side you want to honk at, and then you blow the horn.
And the Windscreen cleaning fluid under the bonnet. Always 4 things to check under the bonnet. Oil, Breaks. Cooling and Windscreen fluid.

If you break down on a clear way would you get fined? I’d like to think not as it’s not your fault if you break down.
You most certainly wouldn’t! You can stop anywhere if you’re broken down. If you get a parking ticket or fine you can contest it with some proof of the breakdown, like recovery receipt
Thank you so much for replying mate, I really appreciate it, I thought so, just wanted to double check, sometimes you have no choice but to stop on a clear way, for example there are traffic lights, roadworks or stationary traffic or breakdown.

I'm so confused by the "directional indicators" question. I've seen a lot of instructor videos about using the Hazard Lights and getting out to check, but the RAC website says something totally different? I have my test soon and these last minute confusions are so stressful 😭
