My Brother Got Bit By A Venomous Snake While Motocamping

On a recent motocamping trip my brother was bitten by a venomous snake. We think it was a copperhead but we're still not really sure because it was dark and he couldn't see the snake clearly enough. We always try our best to stay aware of our surroundings but unfortunately accidents happen. This all happened about 7 miles down Burrells Ford Rd with absolutely no phone service. So when he got bit we put all of our gear back on and we all rode to the hospital. We reacted the best way we knew how to and took as much safety precautions as we could to get Timmy to the hospital safely. This was a motorcycle adventure that we really didn't want to have. The Oconee county EMS and hospital system were absolutely awesome and took good care of him and now he's out of the hospital and on the path to making a full recovery. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers because this is going to be a huge financial burden on him.
