I just came back from a two week stay in Greece for the first time and this is the only coffee I want now! I had like 3 a day and I'm usually a one cup of espresso person lol luckily in NYC there's so many cultures, so yesterday I found authentic Greek cafes and got my coffee fix!! And also bought everything needed to make a freddoccino! Thank you for the helpful video!
hey friend , there is actual freddoccino powder , we pay 7 euros for half a pound (250grams) and you make it 25%milk to 75%water. also the milk we use comes from a can its thicker than regular milk it has 7,5% fat. if you buy the powder you put 1 shot cold milk 7,5% (i like it with 3/4 of a shot) and allows you to skip the warm esspresso step and the milk ice cubes, because when you make esspreso its made with water so you have to make milk ice cubes but with the powder you use milk and water ice cubes
Unfortunately I can’t find it in Australia- if I had the powder I’d definitely use it as it would be easier. Thanks for letting me know though. If there is a link that sends to Australia let me know.
well fredoccino is actually made by nestle,i was told that the recipe of the powder is 0,5gr nescafe classisic,1,5gr cardbury drinking chocolate original,1gr regular sugar (for a medium sweetness). And you can blend them and save the powder on a seperate can.For a large drink you would add 1gr nescafe,3gr drinking chocolate,2gr sugar or 2gr nescafe,1gr drinking chocolate,2,5gr sugar for a more coffee forward....make sure you blend the powders before usage , some websites say you can also add half a plain biscuit (not too sweet) for that thickness. have a nice day mate, aussie mma is the best !!!
This is quite complicated and with the espressos already made. So many things to prepare and then wash. It's not worth it in my opinion. A frappe with a bit of milk will do just fine for me.
This is my favorite drink in Greece.
Nice to see that Americans like our Greek Style coffees!
Australians love them too !! They finally have a cafe with a machine in Sydney now !
Oh Sorry. Australians too.
That's great!!! I hope you enjoy it!

Thank you. It's perfect
great job mate
For iced coffee I place the espressos in the fridge overnight…… hot espresso will really affect the temperature and slurriness of the liquid
I'm only missing the blender
I'm from Greece and I live in Athens
You look greek but, you have an Australian accent. Are your parents greek?
Yes correct. I was born in Australia
