Thank for the tour Tom! Really cool to see how other people keep their animals. I keep elongateds and eventually I would like to create something for them that can rival a zoo level enclosure. I think the hard part about tortoise keeping is that there really aren't many cost effective indoor habitat options that also look good. At least without having to build it yourself.

Agreed- I have found the tuff stuff 110 tubs to be the sweet spot for me. The bigger you go though, the more expensive they get.

What kind of bulbs/ brand of bulbs do you buy from Home Depot???

I bought all of those bulbs when Home Depot had a fire sale before the US ban on selling incandescent bulbs took effect. Unfortunately they don’t sell them anymore.

Just to mention that the ferns die because they like the soil very wet not super dry hope that helps you keep alive
