Draining kiss needs massive buffs. The main issue is that it prioritizes healing your teammates so you can't brawl at all in a group setting. It's great early game but falls off really hard once team fights start to happen. It's even worse when you dont get fed and hold a level advantage all game like this one. Clefable is my 2nd most played mon, and I've tried to make draining kiss work consistently, but it's just not where it needs to be.
It can do some damage sometimes but with almost zero reliable sustain and very low impact for your team, it falls flat against better players. It's a noob slayer build for sure. That being said, I want it to work so bad. Maybe timi will buff it in the future.
They should make it always heal clef, but for less if it heals an ally, and it should be a ranged cast like Pikachu thunderbolt. (Maybe) Give it a slight stun to make it more important in team fights. This could change clefable from a squishy unreliable brawler to a powerful mage type mon.

Megadrain has same effect but a wider cone with more range

I hope Clefable gets a buff soon. IMO, it's just too squishy at the moment.
As for toppings, I really like pepperoni.
Try out Clefable with Rapid-Fire Scarf and Gravity. It's a lot of fun.

Love Clef, But D. Kiss to me is the. most troll build in the game. It's fun for sure but after the first minutes of the game you have no impact. The moves needs a bit of a rework.
