    I installed these earlier today in my 2014 IS350. The steering response is definitely crisper - I’ve heard others say these give the Lexus more of the European car feel, think BMW or Mercedes - I will say that the steering is noticeably more ‘connected’ to the road. Ive also noticed braking and cornering are tighter and more precise. These changes are not extreme but they are noticeable. The real reason I got them was to eliminate the inner tire wear due to dynamic toe changes while driving with the softer OEM’s. IMO the softer OEM’s give a more luxurious (less driver input/less road feel) experience as opposed to a performance feel. This is typical Lexus- luxury first, performance second. The product is engineered very well and I’m very satisfied with the upgrade. They’re pretty easy to change, and a must for spirited drivers with Lexus coupes/sedans experiencing inner tire wear issues.

      I'm buying a used 2010 is350C this week with 90K miles. I'm thinking this setup could make it feel like a new car again. Please post back with your extended experience after a few weeks.

      Josh, how have your tires held up? Have these helped with the inner tire wear?

    • @joshthomas1706
      @joshthomas1706 2 года назад +2

      @@jkems06 Do these help? Yes. How much? It’s hard to say as when I purchased the car it was lowered about 1” and I didn’t realize until later on after installing these (and having similar yet slower inner tire wear) that it was out of alignment a fair amount. After having the car aligned at a local speed shop, tire wear improved but not altogether; and wouldn’t you know, after looking at the alignment spec sheet they didn’t get me into spec - just closer. The shop specialized in Subaru (only went because no one else had a low enough lift) and after 2-1/2 hrs wanted to charge me another $150 ($300 total). Since they were “close” to spec, I told them to drop it and I left. Lexus dealership fixed the alignment and the tires seem to be holding up great. Long story short - suspension bushings AND alignment are equally important, and in my opinion both are necessary for Lexus cars.

      @@joshthomas1706 Thanks for the info Josh, I'm definitely going to be picking up the suspension bushings. I think they'll pay for themselves over time. Making the car a little more fun to drive is always an added bonus.

    Just put mine in and took a ride HOLLY SHIT WHAT A DIFFERENCE I got a 2020 IS350 FSport Huge difference. By far superior engineering and material. No noise took less than 90 min for both.

    Yep I'm sold on these. Good tires are expensive and more bitter of a cost when the inner edge is bald meanwhile the rest of the tire has a ton of life left. I'm thinking of doing both the USRS and rear toe arms and then go in for alignment.

      I would imagine it would be super hard on the ball joint and anything else that’s connected to the lower control arm. When you see the difference in the movement between oem rubber vs poly, you have to wonder where the stress point has moved to.

    how have these USRS bushings help your tire wear? I only got 22k out of my pilot sport A/S when the warranty calls for 45k. such bs lol. just wanted to see if it is really worth it.

    @ RR I have a 2020 IS 300 RWD F Sport. I’m having inner tire wear on my factory tires @ 27K. Before I order some new tires. I want to get the main problem squared away first. Do these require any maintenance? Also, will it be more advantageous, to get these or the sealed LCA brushings? Your feed back on this will be greatly appreciated. ✌🏾

    I love these but why is there so much squeaking even after lubrication

    • @siraban
      @siraban 2 года назад +1

      The squeaking is usually due to the main spindle bolt not tighten properly.

    Terrible product. I have them on an IS-F. They lose their grease after a few thousand miles. They also make noise when going over speed bumps.

    • @siraban
      @siraban 2 года назад

      They don's use grease. We sold thousands of them, and if they are installed properly, the do not make noise for years. I suggest to check your installation.

    • @jjjpetersen
      @jjjpetersen Год назад

      @@siraban The guy in this video shows there’s lines in the bushing for grease retention so I imagine you’re applying grease when installing them. If the grease wears away after a while it’s surely gonna get noisy.
