Roberto, I must disagree (depending on the circumstances). Adding powder to water has disadvantages if you are not ready and prepared to add more powder (which usually takes two hands and much more time) as opposed to adding water to a dry powder (which only takes one hand) which can be done much faster. If you are using an automatic mixer VS hand spatulation there are also differences (not mentioned in the video). After taking thousands of impressions myself and after being in the dental field for over 20 years the words "always" and "wrong" is often based in practitioner preferences.
