I like trippier. But he isn’t a left back, we need shaw fit asap.
He was statistically the best English attacking RB in the Prem this season with 11(G/A) so he's wasted out on the left and should play in his natural position on the right. Southgate should've played Walker at LB as he doesn't provide much going forward as can be seen from his City stats, Walker & Trent combined only match Tripps goal contributions with 11 last season playing in teams that finished above Newcastle. TAA creativity is a myth and while speed merchant Walker is excellent at nullifying fast wingers he doesn't over much against teams like Slovenia who sit deep.

We won the group ffs
Easiest group in the tournament. Abysmal in the second game. Drab in the third. Outplayed in the second half of the first. We scored 2 goals one helped by a deflected cross.
Hard not to top such an average group but we've done it in the most painstakingly dull and uninspiring way.
Southgate is such a fraud. We had a free hit yesterday because we knew we were through already and could have changed the team up but all he does is replace Trent with Gallagher.
