Colas Rail 43272/274 HST Power Car testing on the Severn Valley Railway, 24/08/21 - SVR & Railcam UK

The unusual sight of back-to-back HST power cars was to be found on the Severn Valley Railway on 24th August 2021.
Recently retired from mainline use with East Midlands Railway, 43272 & 43274 were two of five power cars acquired by Colas Rail and moved to the Severn Valley Railway. After a short period at Arley, 272 & 274 were the first of the group to begin testing for Colas Rail.
