I dread the winter I have SAD. I live in the northeastern Pennsylvania. I have to seriously think about moving south. Not able to afford that. But each year I’m more determined. Great video, I love your energy for life. I used HRT for 8 years after a hysterectomy at 41. It was so easy to finally wean off to total menopause. I was diagnosed with inattentive ADD at 45 and have been using a plum daily planner for the last 6 years. Prior, I was a die-hard Franklin Covey user for 20 years. Keep up the great work 😊
Traveling next week. A young lady will be staying in my home, with my dog. So….. I went into panic mode cleaning. Like all the drawers& everything. I pray she stays out of the drawers, but I threw so much stuff away tonight. I was saying “God forgive me for trashing good stuff.” I just have to do it. My SIL said, sometimes you just have to cut your losses. I’ve cleaned out the kitchen cupboards, the laundry room cupboards, dresser & chest of drawers so far.

I’m in Calgary and it’s been blazing hot!! And the stampede started last Friday and we just got the go ahead last week to use water like before the water main line broke! But we can’t use our hoses to water flowers, grass, trees watering outside will come back soon, so we’ve been using our rain water we’ve been collecting. It’s been quite the trying time this last month 🤦🏻♀️
Is it a problem if we let RUclips run all day? I watch RUclips while I work and if I find someone I like I binge their entire channel. I also set up a playlist of a mix of things I’m interested in and have that running all day.
