    sir, if you use the name of the factor it will be better rather than using "this" all the time it makes it difficult to understand sometime

      This lecture ANOVA is applicable when factors are independent... And without interaction ...
      When there is a dependency then consider multiple ANOVA

    Factor-1, Fertilizer: no, yes
    Facor-2, Irrigation: 100%, 75%, 50%, 0
    So, df of Fertilizer =1. Is it valid to perform a two-way ANOVA analysis?
