Yes, I would feel insecure/anxious that my old thoughts of her being with someone else is still true now and I have him in two of my classes. I felt anxious online and in school about how people see me as a person and I saw that they’re just a reflection of me and I just know now that I’m shifting and my anxiety is gone and that my sp is already my girlfriend now and I know it for sure, Ms. Shelly!
Kaleb, I've seen you for a while now, always commenting on Shelly's videos and I want to give you some advice. Stop regurgitating how things were/are, because your awareness of how they are prevents you from going where you want to go. The more you write about it, the more you steal your precious focus away from what could be, towards what is/was. You are blocking your own manifestation. You have to trust the process. You have to know, without a shadow of a doubt, that It Is Done. You have to chill and go into the silence.

I was going thru a difficult patch, with winter depression, and also an issue with my sp that left me feeling unloved. I did the exercise,..first I tried to visualise him, but I wasnt ready for that...so i said the affs to myself, and some tears of grief/love came up..holding myself ws healing.

This is fantastic. Thanks so much. Another idea that just came to my mind and I am interested in trying out is this: instead of going into situations (which are causing the insecurity or fear) with what I want from it, why not go into it with what I can give/offer to the other person. I guess insecurity/fear often arises when we make situations about us. So changing the focus to what value we can bring to others can address this? Looking forward to hearing other views on this as well.

Hi, Shelly :) Thank you very much for your videos. They are helping me a lot. I am currently healing my inner child to be able to manifest my sp and other things. Sometimes I am trying the "How would you feel if you were already loved by your sp." and I realized I have huge problem with this. I was born and raised as an unwanted child and all of my relationships were toxic. So I don´t really know how it feels to be loved. I try to imagine it but there is nothing, just a flat empty feeling in my chest... Is it gonna change naturally with the inner child healing progress or I just need to train it repeatedly? Do you have any video about not being able to feel things? I believe I am not the only one who has this problem...
