I'm enjoying these vids and appreciate the honest reviews and in depth explanation of products. I prefer the white blonde look but not the damage that comes with it plus heat styling lol. What really works for me is the redken extreme strength shampoo and conditioner. My hair was so dry and brittle and now it's very soft and minimal frizz. I tried the redken acidic bonding ones too but found it really dried out my hair. I always go back to the extreme strength. I also recently purchased the kerastase original leave in oil which has worked great my hair is incredibly soft afterwards. It works alot better than the olaplex oil. I thought it was over hyped but decided to try and wasn't disappointed.

Bleaching damaged my hair. My hair stylist suggested using Olaplex No. 3 with No. 1 and Olaplex shampoo No. 4. I didn't see any difference in my hair texture. Then I started using K18 and noticed some changes. The best change is using K18 clarifying shampoo with K18.
After waiting 4 minutes for K18, I apply the Olaplex mask No. 8. I towel dry my hair and use Living Proof. It feels sticky but goes away after I blow-dry my hair. Living Proof has made the most significant difference in my hair texture. My hair is softer and less frizzy after two uses. I also find less is more when using these products.

I can share my experience on this product. I have been using it for a month. I have type 1c thick hair mixed with 2a in some area. My hair’s got partial color all over and most bottom half are bleached processed hair from before. I use about 5 pumps on damped hair once a week, leaving on 4 minutes , blow try with dyson hair wrap. I personally notice my hair stronger and bouncier. I did the hair elasticity test and it def made an improvement pulling not breaking instantly. I can’t tell if it’s shinier because i def took your advance and use the dream coat 😂 what i like about this product is, you can use this after shampoo and conditioning as a leave-in, my hair can still gently brush through tangled hair vs k18 if i don’t use additional product after 4 minutes, it’s harder for me to detangle on its own.hopefully my hairstylist will be able to tell me if my hair has gotten better to confirm.

I’m in the process of bleaching my hair so I can eventually be fully white then tone it silver and let my greys grow through so I need ALL the help I can get. I’m definitely able to leave my hair for longer between washes since I’ve been following your advice and using Olaplex and K18 and Redken Acidic shampoo and conditioner. My hair is definitely healthier even though it’s more bleached. You haven’t steered me wrong yet so I’m gonna keep trusting you ♥️

I’ve been using Living Proof’s PHD Night Cap Overnight Perfector for the last couple of years! They quietly sunsetted that product in favor of this new bond building one, but the application is the same.
I really enjoy using NightCap, I find it gives me shiny bouncy hair that feels thicker to the touch. Now I buy it on resale platforms since LP stopped selling it. I toyed with the idea of getting this new LP bonder product, but I already financially committed to K-18 and didn’t want two extremely expensive hair products in my routine. So I’ll keep buying PHD NightCap as long as I can get it, I can’t say enough positive things about it. Now I’m curious to know how the NightCap ingredients compare to this new LP bonder product.

You can use other products with it - you just have to make sure you use the Living Proof first and leave it in for ten minutes before applying other products and/or blow drying

Abbey!! I was wondering, what do you use to exfoliate your skin? Do you use or recommend any physical exfoliants for your skin? I know a lot of them are damaging to your skin, that’s why I wanted to ask your opinion because honestly yours is the only one I really trust here on RUclips 😂❤

I did not have success with the K18. I have fine medium brown hair which I bleach to platinum and K18 treatment left my hair feeling rough and dry. Would love to try the Living Proof in the future though.

Same here. K18 did make it feel a bit stronger but super dry and rough at the same time. Feel like it also caused more breakage. Switched to living proof triple bond complex and for me it does work better

Just bought the smaller container in the Sephora sale and used it for the first time this morning. INSTANT and noticeable difference in my hair today - it is a definite WOW for me! I have never used K18 and now I don't need to. I am looking forward to seeing how healthy my own hair will look two months from now. Thanks for this thorough review!

I bleach my hair maybe around twice or 3 times per year. I’m a platinum blonde is it normal to shed hair the first few washes after bleaching it? What products do you recommend for healthy blonde hair? Thank you!(:

Hi Abby, hope you are doing well. I have super long bleached hair, with very little damage now. I'm an avid Olaplex user (like literally use the entire line) and I'm interested in trying this but can't find any info about using it together with Olaplex, do you recommend it? Also, I wanted your opinion on using Redken acidic bonding shampoo, conditioner and leave in with K18 and LP Triple bond complex, is it a good combo? will my hair benefit from taking a break from olaplex? Thank you
