I agree with Melodie. I have never seen this stitch before and it never occurred to me that I could break the rules and wrap as many times as I needed. I have already checked out your other videos and put them on my watch list. I like the way you think and present the tutorial. You have a new subscriber.
PS I found you by watching your scrap yarn projects video. I loved how detailed it was and that you spoke in an unhurried manner. I know I am old but I am finding a lot of people talk fast and I can't take in everything they say. So I went to your channel and looked at the other videos and selected some to watch right away. Thanks for making these videos.
That was such a fun video to make! It was something I needed for myself, but I knew other crocheters would deem helpful too. Needless to say, I'm thrilled that you liked that video! I hope you feel inspired to crochet with your stash yarn. I'm happy that you said that because at times I feel as if I talk too slow because I get nervous. And sometimes I get in a hurry and stumble and it takes much more time to record. Now I'll remember your feedback each time I make a new video. Thank you so much for taking your time to leave a comment. It means the world to me to know that you have subscribed and are watching my videos.
This is a technique I've never seen before. I like seeing new things. I think either a single diamond or a series of three diamonds would look amazing on the front of a sweater, but I'd be afraid the "chains of the diamonds" would get caught on something. Maybe tacking down with invisible thread would work. I liked the smaller version too. AND the wall hanging is beautiful. P.s. I appreciate the time it took to add the written as well as the thumb nail time stamps!
That would look so pretty! But I agree, the large version would definitely need to be tacked down somehow if you attach to a sweater. I think the smaller one would look really good along the bottom of a sweater. Thank you so much! Wish I could take credit for the thumbnail timestamps. I believe that is generated from the manual entry of timestamps. It's a cool feature!

Break the rules! Hahah :) It's so fun and you can make all sorts of neat patterns and textures. And I'm so happy to have you here, welcome!!!
