I am in court for dangerous driving (DBDD). The police investigators are coming up with speeds on the higher end, however my solictors instructed an independent investigator with tonnes of experience and he his coming up with speeds close to the speed limit, He has also put forward that the prosecutions investigator is inexperienced and used wrong methods by fabricating videos to gain a speed. The cps know of this and they are telling both investigators to get together and make a joint report and essentially agree on a speed. Is this even allowed? The incident happened 4 years ago and at that point i did not know of your firm.
