- Join us we take on the wet and wild route of the North Yorkshire Water Park parkrun. A stunning place but could we set new PBs?

Well done Rich and Paula, another superb sub 25 time! What I would give to be running that. The course looks good, will defo give that one a go if I'm ever in that neck of the woods 🙂
@@DeeJay_78 Thank you, I was shocked at my time as I wasn't feeling it before at all. It is a lovely route, you'd love it. How was Durham?
@@abitrich68 You're welcome Rich, great running indeed. Durham was a mixed bag for me. The first 2,5 weren't great because a lot was on grass which I strangely didn't like. Felt tougher, but that might just be I wasn't feeling great anyway. The second half is along the river and is very nice and has a nice finishing straight. Defo worth a try sometime before it gets muddy! You in Scarborough again this weekend?
@@DeeJay_78 No, we're in Ripon so I'll let you guess which parkrun we're doing. It's A special occasion as it'll be Paula's 50th parkrun and it's also her birthday 🎂
@@abitrich68 I believe Fountain's Abbey is in that neck of the woods? Often said to be one of the prettiest in the country so that will be great! I look forward to seeing the review.

@@DeeJay_78 she said 'Thank you'. Yes, Fountains Abbey which should be pretty special. It's one where time isn't important, it's better to take in the scenery and appreciate the beauty of where you are. A great venue for Paula's 50th
