Carpets aside, it looks quite nice actually. I remember being in a student house where the passageway from the front door to the kitchen had two 'tram-lines' of rubbish running alongside the skirting boards, where nobody had thought to apply a hoover. I was there for six months before I saw anyone do any kind of cleaning. In fact, at one point I pasted up a photo of Michael Caine over the kitchen sink, with a little speech bubble reading 'OI! I'VE TOLD YOU ONCE. WASH THE BLEEDING DISHES!'
Don’t we just love that linoleum!😂 I had a huge clear out early lockdown 1 and it felt SO nice! Especially since our flat is also now our office haha. Less clutter the better!

Just graduated last summer and if the student houses I rented in Brighton were even half as nice as this I would have been a lot happier lol
I feel that! I’ve been through my share of crappy students housings too!😂 They can be shockingly bad! We even had a rat in one of them!😩
