In my opinion... no. Not because it's impossible, but because now we know that there are ways much more easier to obtain much more energy. For example to build a Black Hole Bomb, a device that can harvest the energy of a black hole, you would need not more material than a big asteroid, very more convenient than an entire planet. So megastructures like the Dyson Sphere are a good concept in science fiction... but in the real world we like ways more economical and easier to build
