Love the pink bathroom and tub and tile. I am a retro junkie and love MCM 1950s. Plus the wood trim and wall lighting sconces. All of this is back in style now. The kohler brand sells pink sinks and toilets and they cost a fortune brand new. Relish it! I am from and live in Austin Texas. SF sister city and the rents now aren't to far apart.

The avg mortgage for an equivalent apartment to rent is $12-$15k vs $4-6k rent

living in San Francisco it is so damn expensive like hell high cost of living too many homeless and drug addicts all over tenderloin and market street
