55/100. Mostly I either knew them right away, or I'd never even heard of the artist.
What a joke honestly
99/100 get owned😭
Bru I only got 53/100 😂
Lmao there's only 94
Any chance someone created a playlist of those great hits?
God loves you
I gave myself a point for artist and a point for song and ended up with 170, seeing that as a win!
I could guess 87/100 but I knew a few more
Had a lot of fun!! Great quiz 👌
100/100 I nailed that one. Respect to myself. 👍
Rick Rolled hahaha, great quiz!
34/100 Recognize some but not many. I guess I've been sleeping under a rock from the classics. I'm sure I'll have it all figured out in the end.
Some brilliant song choices in there, it really was the greatest hits. Thank you
i love greatest hits !
nice little rick roll in the middle
51/200 I new most but some I haven’t ever heard of!
28/100, I'm 14, thanks to this amazing video I know even more great songs now!!
There is wonderful, powerful, important music on this playlist that will lead the curious mind to important topics. I also encourage you to listen to the Our Fake History podcast episodes on the origins of Rock and Roll; that contains a lot of important (and delightful) music on it.
Knowing cultural staples like these songs is important. I got a mediocre homeschool education in everything but pop culture. My mom was adamant about that. Now, despite my minimal formal education or my lack of any actual talent, I can bullshit my way into any cultural space I need to access. And I learned way more about the last 100 years from the history surrounding music and art than any book I've read or class I've taken.
And I scored far lower on this quiz than I thought I would, which is actually delightful because it highlights the history I haven't explored yet!
80/100. Fun game. Thanks!
I also enjoyed the cute lil 2D FX
59,5 points, thanks. Nice quiz
17:24 so this was all just an elaborate rickroll
fuck i was about to comment the same
Had like 5 songs from this century
70/100
I knew songs.... Songs.... Artists left me... Couldn't get both on most
Damn Rick Rolled on youtube
68/100. Im 25 years old. I think I did pretty good.
I’m really into music. I always love discovering new music and this quiz was very fun. I got 95/100, but I’m disappointed that I didn’t get dreadlock holiday. I love that song.
That was the one I missed too, but I never heard it before. I know it now! I missed the Beyonce one, but I could tell it was her- just couldn’t name the song.
I was always the person that could “name that tune in two notes”. My daughter used to quickly run through radio stations in the car to see how many songs I could name or sing. All music trivia and “what song is this?” always came to me… too bad this is what my brain loves to store because, while it’s fun, it sure ain’t useful.
This was a fun quiz.
Cap, no shot you got 95. My buddy and I got 52 big ones and we're proud of it. Before you ask, we are 21 years old and don't know any of these mickey mouse old songs, but still dropped 52 on this quiz's dome. So do with that what you will. :0
Do you want to come with me and my friends in Sofia Bulgaria for a song quiz in Teo's bar this Monday, ask for Rosti!
I knew pretty much all of these. Also, thank you for using "Under Pressure" instead of "Ice Ice Baby".
56/100, i knew most of them, but i'm terrible with names
79/100
58/100. Although i am only 15 i am a bit disappointed with my result.
Love it
What’s that at 17:20?
Stop Rick rolling people!
the beach boy good vibrions
I think it would be better if the samples were a little longer. Most of the time i knew the song but didn't even have time to remember the title. When I paused for a moment before the reveal I could focus and remember. Without the pause I've had problems with even some of the most obvious ones that I and everybody knows, just it's hard to spell it out in time 😅
BritBrit: 80/100
lay me down by the river
I thought I knew music but apparently not lol I only got 57 out of the 100 lol

Such a great quiz/ channel. Me and my wife have done so many of your quizzes. Keep them coming!!!
Thank you Wesley, your kind comment is much appreciated!
I think the only one I had never heard of at all was Robyn and Dancing on my Own. Otherwise, I scored an 82. For stuff like this, it's convenient being a millennial teacher! My parents loved the old rock, my students show me the newer stuff, and I know the 80s, 90s, and 00s pretty well!
86/100. I'm good. loved the quiz
witneeeee husan I will alway love you
There are like four other songs with One including by Metallica
black pearl jam
73/100 A lot of the ones I didn't get I recognised but couldn't remember in time. Most embarrassed that I didn't get Hendrix in time

Great Quiz Show!! Spanned a lot of years and a lot of genres'. Suggestion: have some other song for 10cc. Great Group and Great Band but you choose an obscure song....
I'm going to be completely fair to myself. I counted properly and I know 99/100, I enjoy listening to 95/100 and would've gotten them if I had more time. Unfortunately, I'm not good with quick thinking and timing and I panic, so I was only able to manage an extremely poor 45/100 under the time limit.
As a 23 year old guy, I am proud to say i got 65 of these songs correctly; even the artist.. 😆 There are songs though that i recognize the artist even though i dont know the song... 😆
42/100. This was a hard one, I could sing most of the lyrics I just couldn't think of the title in time!
Quiet noce but there arę only 94 songs!
me n my mate sucked at this we got about 46 right ty tho was fun
82 for a 15 year old ain’t bad
That's weak

How appropriate that the last song would be "Be My Baby" with the recent passing of Ronnie Spector......and you didn't know it was coming when posted. R.I.P Ronnie
Wowowwowowowowowowwowowow

Fun quiz, WAY too many ads.

To the content creator, your quiz is a delightful journey. We loved it!
Great quiz, but has anyone noticed that this quiz isn't out of 100?
Questions 6, 9, 16, 34, 44 and 55 seem to be missing... 🤔
So technically got 65/94 👍🏼
So I got every single song except for number 69. Some weird song called Paper Planes by somebody no one has even heard of, M.I.A … What the f**k??
78/100 😆👌
One of my favorite quizzes so far! Thank you Floris
Thank you Melis 😃 you’re welcome !!
I'm 53, I knew 73/94 song titles and 72/94 artist names. 6 songs are no longer in the playlist: 6, 9, 16, 34, 44, and 55
My results:
1 complete fail
19 unknown Songs (embarrassing)
20 known songs that I wasn´t able to guess neither the interpret nor the song title correctly
12 songs where I only got either the interpret or the song title correct
That is like american/english music no new hits only like 60' 70' 80' songs no Queen or other more modern songs but Elvis or others were there like 5 times but ofc it was called hits from all the time
No way paper planes by M.I.A is here (love the song but!?!? It’s above THE CLASH!?!?!?)
i got 98/100 but this was actually so hard !! i had a lot of fun doing it though!! Pretty proud of myself considering im 24!
Poor
Better luck next time
89/100😂🎉
I got 54 out of 100, but there were 25 others that I should've gotten. Only 21 that I heard of, but never heard.
oof. Failing grade.
91 out of 100

Did I just get Rick rolled? I think I just fäking did. =(
Yes, you did. Noob.

93/100 not bad
Pretty bad. I knew them all ;)
#37 Well, that's a 4 chord song.
Nice!
Michael Jackson☺☺😘😘😘😘
Micheal Jackson was a fucking perv. Who made a song called “Doesn’t matter if Your Black or White”. But yet he killed himself making himself white because he didn’t want to be black.
@@JohnColzzH it's so annoying that you don't know anything and here you are commenting..first of all, you should know that he had vitiligo which is a skin disorder and it changed the skin colour...he was the only one person who supported the black people and did lot of things for them...if don't know then go and Google it...otherwise you will prove yourself "A Stupid"...😑😑😑😑you should know how to respect a person...
80/100. Disappointed in myself, especially because I play the songpop app at least twice weekly (they don’t have access to all artists’ music like Zeppelin, Eagles, Beatles, AC/DC, MJ). Of the 20 I missed, I knew the artist/band on 18; just guessed the wrong song title. Good mix of music though!
