Bro try to add more ram. You need at least 16gb (8gb+8gb) to get the best performance from your laptop
Get a 4x2 8 gb dual channel ram, runs smooth af

Bro i dont know why but i have the same cpu and is lock in 1400 mhz and makes the performance slower
