I first tried 85 percent one and I loved its premium taste. One thing I discovered that lindt has both 99 and 100 percent dark chocolates, I wonder how much difference does that 1 percent holds?
oh, did not know they have 99 as well! I could not get that here in Sweden anywhere. But I guess there the difference would be impossible to taste.. perhaps if that one percent is some sort of a flavor enhancer?
A palatable 90-100% chocolate is very hard to find as it is usually extremely bitter. The best I've ever found is Guittard 100% cocao which is actually delicious

I was at the small chocolates factory (operated by a single family) in Italy and they showed how they use the 100 year old bean crusher to get the powder done, how they form the bars etc and they sold their stuff for the price that was more expensive than lindt but like 8 euro per bar... while linds was maybe 2 euro and these guys form argencove sell their bard for 44 euro.. Hmm.. I have really hard times understand how this can be justified, other than great luxury marketing

I was also wondering about the price / weight value. My guess is : 1. it's either marketing trick - not many will like the product, so we will reduce the weight and increase the price to get the same revenue, or 2. The manufacturing of the pure product requires much more refinement efforts. But I lean towards option 1.

Twenty hours is okay. I’ve been fasting for the past 8 months. Started with 12 hrs., 16-18, now 20-23 hrs. Most days i end up with 16-18 hrs. Kudos to you, seven days. My goal is 36 hrs. for now. Three to seven days is too hardcore for me.

indeed the 70% is sweeter but not as sweet as the milk. I woukd say it's a noble sweetness =) if i can say so. Milk chocolate would have more of an "addictive" sweetness =) Hard to express but i hope you are with me . I am planning to try the IKEA chocolate , if that would be interesting

Dunno about a 100 % one, but after I took few days break from sugar 90 % tastes absolutely delicious, I'm never going back to milk chocolate at this point.

I'm super late on a comment but the ones that you like more are cuz they're made with cocoa butter instead of powder but are also the ones that are processed with alkali which lowers it's nutritional benefits

@@manCaveSweden every 48 hrs at 2 pm my meal 2 eggs 2 zucchini 2 cucumbers cauliflower broccoli beef burger patty tuna and sardines ,white cheese 2 spoon olive oil and ACv and cinnamon powder and about dark chocolate the whole thing is 50grams devided into 7 rows so 7 grams each row i eat 2 rows byw my weight didnt binge bcs of the protein but im losing fat 5 years ago i did same thing i was obese i lost 40 kgs in 3 months but lost all my muscles

Thats because you only need 20g of 100% dark chocolate and you need more if cocoa is less than 80 or 90%.

The 100% is much more enjoyable if you keep it on your tongue and let it melt
And it’s nice to do it with a small portion, so it’s manageable for your tongue to embrace the intensity

90% and 100% isn't meant to be eaten as it is. they are made to be used as flavoring for bake products or to be used on home made chocolate

It takes time to get used to it's bitterness, I got one as a gift and tried a piece day by day and eventually learned to appreciate it's flavor.

They weigh 100 grams each. 70% has 30 grams, 85% has 15 grams, 90% has 10 grams, and 100% has 0
