I'm appalled that they don't understand OUR GOD and HIS FULL POWER! I can't get them to believe they need to ask GOD to reveal to them the HOLY SPIRIT. When I accepted the Lord Jesus Christ into my life in 1985 at the Maranatha Baptist Church in Panama I recall like it was yesterday the Pastor saying how speaking in tongues was only meant for the Old Testament Days, then many years later God revealed to me through me that the gift of Tongues was not just meant to be for the Old Testament Days. I don't know why God waited so many years to reveal that truth to me but it was then that I realized my Pastor at that time in Panama was teaching a false doctrine but I never judged him or condemned him for that I forgave him instead. After that gift was revealed to me I have never used it in public mainly because I have never had an interpreter. I used to be the type of Christian that wasn't really aware of the difference between the Soul and the Spirit and how demons can use the Soul against the Spirit, and in the past couple of years God has opened up my eyes to so many many deceptions going on in the world and in my life and as a result I have been engaged in daily Spiritual Warfare Prayer, I haven't fasted yet as this is something that I'm just learning about even after so many years being a Christian but I know I need to soon. I have chosen the same but it is quite difficult for me because as a older person I have had so many bad experienced. I am doing my best to hang in there. I know if one pastor who seems to have power in prayer but it is hard to get a hold of him. You have to make appt to see him which is very very hard to find a slot. They usually schedule with another pastor who does not seem to have the same faith
You really don't have to have a pastor do it for you at all. God has given us all authority over the enemy and once we are filled with the spirit we are easily able to do it. Have you gotten help with this yet? I would like to recommend a book called Doing The Supernatural Works of Jesus by Everett E Cox.
Josh, casting out of demons is for today no two ways about it,and a new born can have a demon or thousands of them as well as the Holy Spirit. I was saved 1985 a few months later I visited a believer who is strong in the Lord at the door I felt a strange fear in my chest anyways I went in and about 1 hour later just sitting around he got a mighty anointing and started to sing in the name of Jesus devil's will have to flee. anyways after a few verses I felt ,if that's the right word also knew also very very tangible entity come up through my shoulders and out of the top of my head . it must have been 20feet in length and can could sense it wriggle like a wave out of my head .I was totally bewildered and just sat in amazement. I didn't know anything about casting out of demons at this point . this is a fact....that thing came back three weeks later as I was sleeping and woke me up trying to get back in.... facts ..anyone say a newborn can't have ,or let demons in are deluded. u can't go on 2 enemy territory like Cinemas, rock concerts,yoga,false penty sects,the charasmatic sects is a gateway for demons to get in. drugs, even prescribed drugs,pharmakia. occult items, TV, books, sounds extreme I know but it true.

Josh please read: I'm 22 years old and a former prostitute, I had no idea I had demons, recently there was a oil spill by my house, ever since then I've been spiked with fear and I went to the ER and I prayed to God after finally cut off the sin of binge drinking (for my health) and I asked for peace of mind, because the ER told me I was crazy, no way was the oil spill gonna make me sick.. I prayed and a I seen a huge dark shadow and two small angels? With wings and horns ? I got so scared I denyed what I saw and I went outside and I felt like I couldn't trust ANYONE , and something was going to take me out of this world in a evil circumstance... so I kept running around the house... I kept confessing I'm a child of God, praise God, but it was so scary I NEVER experienced stuff like this before, ever since then I've been DEVOTED to give up ALL SIN. But I still have the spirit of fear, I fall into fear mongering, I always think I'm sick, and I'm vulnerable to everything I hear... within the last two months, I lost every job I have.. been feeling ill.. and tired and having rashes and headaches.. I have a boyfriend who says he's Christian but it's okay to fornicate.. should I break up with him? I need to have all eyes on God but I'm scared... I'm scared of everything, being sick, the end of the world with all the news going on, I'm scared of litterally everything where it keeps me up at night and I have scary nightmares, honestly I thought nightmares were normal, I'm afraid. What should I do, when will these things go away? I have battled with anxiety since I was 18, never concluded to me it was a Spritual war... but it has hindered me so much.. but now after what I seen after just praying , I think could I even have demons? An even tried to summon demons. I would like for you to pray for me and my family the Dodson family,, I read, when I was looking up where my name derived from ,that it derived from the Dodd clan. You did a video talking about ancestral curses, I think that's why I'm having all this stuff happen. My family has a curse on it. NOT MERELY A CURSE! It was the Mother of All Curses: And it was aimed at the the Boarder Reivers: The Archbishop of Glasgow cursed the boarder clans (Dodd was only one of the many clans ) for their night raids, day raids, rape, pillage and plunder of everything including church lands. October 1525. He had all the preachers in all the churches read it aloud to the congregations. I used to be the type of Christian that wasn't really aware of the difference between the Soul and the Spirit and how demons can use the Soul against the Spirit, and in the past couple of years God has opened up my eyes to so many many deceptions going on in the world and in my life and as a result I have been engaged in daily Spiritual Warfare Prayer, I haven't fasted yet as this is something that I'm just learning about even after so many years being a Christian but I know I need to soon. God bless you as a young person ..that you have not chosen to walk Way but you have chosen to lean in and find the truth of the word. I have chosen the same but it is quite difficult for me because as a older person I have had so many bad experienced. I am doing my best to hang in there. I know if one pastor who seems to have power in prayer but it is hard to get a hold of him. You have to make appt to see him which is very very hard to find a slot. They usually schedule with another pastor who does not seem to have the same faith
You really don't have to have a pastor do it for you at all. God has given us all authority over the enemy and once we are filled with the spirit we are easily able to do it. Have you gotten help with this yet? I would like to recommend a book called Doing The Supernatural Works of Jesus by Everett E Cox.

I was saved 1985 a few months later I visited a believer who is strong in the Lord
at the door I felt a strange fear in my chest
anyways I went in and about 1 hour later just sitting around he got a mighty anointing and started to sing in the name of Jesus devil's will have to flee.
anyways after a few verses I felt ,if that's the right word also knew also very very tangible entity come up through my shoulders and out of the top of my head .
it must have been 20feet in length and can could sense it wriggle like a wave out of my head .I was totally bewildered and just sat in amazement.
I didn't know anything about casting out of demons at this point .
this is a fact....that thing came back three weeks later as I was sleeping and woke me up trying to get back in....

The Bible says tongues shall cease in 1 Corinthians 13:8. And the greatest spiritual gifts are faith hope and love at the end of that chapter. That's what the Bible says.
Tongues shall cease if there is no love. The chapter was talking about how a lack of love can cause your spiritual gifts to be hindered.

Josh please read: I'm 22 years old and a former prostitute, I had no idea I had demons, recently there was a oil spill by my house, ever since then I've been spiked with fear and I went to the ER and I prayed to God after finally cut off the sin of binge drinking (for my health) and I asked for peace of mind, because the ER told me I was crazy, no way was the oil spill gonna make me sick.. I prayed and a I seen a huge dark shadow and two small angels? With wings and horns ? I got so scared I denyed what I saw and I went outside and I felt like I couldn't trust ANYONE , and something was going to take me out of this world in a evil circumstance... so I kept running around the house... I kept confessing I'm a child of God, praise God, but it was so scary I NEVER experienced stuff like this before, ever since then I've been DEVOTED to give up ALL SIN. But I still have the spirit of fear, I fall into fear mongering, I always think I'm sick, and I'm vulnerable to everything I hear... within the last two months, I lost every job I have.. been feeling ill.. and tired and having rashes and headaches.. I have a boyfriend who says he's Christian but it's okay to fornicate.. should I break up with him? I need to have all eyes on God but I'm scared... I'm scared of everything, being sick, the end of the world with all the news going on, I'm scared of litterally everything where it keeps me up at night and I have scary nightmares, honestly I thought nightmares were normal, I'm afraid. What should I do, when will these things go away? I have battled with anxiety since I was 18, never concluded to me it was a Spritual war... but it has hindered me so much.. but now after what I seen after just praying , I think could I even have demons? I never doubted God... is wearing makeup a sin...

An even tried to summon demons. I had a wreck and was dead a few minutes and saw nothing when I was 18, so i was agnostic up until recently. 2013,I went to jail and for 3 weeks stuff that was happening to me wasn't really happening in real life

You did a video talking about ancestral curses, I think that's why I'm having all this stuff happen. My family has a curse on it. NOT MERELY A CURSE! It was the Mother of All Curses: And it was aimed at the the Boarder Reivers: The Archbishop of Glasgow cursed the boarder clans (Dodd was only one of the many clans ) for their night raids, day raids, rape, pillage and plunder of everything including church lands. October 1525. He had all the preachers in all the churches read it aloud to the congregations.
