You just named the 10 dishes that are keeping Chinese food restaurants in business across America.
Arené Lomax Sure did.
I was just gonna say, "Well that's about their complete menu". lol
Arené Lomax lol right
Lmao.
The Asians bring their disgusting habits of eating cat and dog with them that’s WHY they have restaurants!! What part of this escapes you or us I disbelief,
If I’m going to a Chinese restaurant the last thing on my mind is health..😂😂😂
Dying Earlier is a Blessing, The more you live like me the more you get Depressed and Cheated in life ps not to be taken litterally for your self mind
Alex Rivas racist pig
That’s funny because you’re African. You have no right to be racist towards Asians
Dan Pooley EXACTLY
GURL or boy this was TWO years ago and it’s going down or getter better everyday
While dining in a Chinese restaurant, I noticed after my order was served, all the waiters in the restaurant lined up against the wall and watched me eat. Judging by the blank looks on their faces, I had the strange feeling they were waiting to see if I could finish the meal without collapsing.
No lie I was eating General Tso Chicken while watching this video. I know its bad for me but it taste so damn good.
Same
@@blacklyfe5543 Never eat Chinese food twice or you'll regret it.
it's really not that bad for you
So.....who's going to the Chinese Buffet after watching this video?! Got my mouth watering lol
DangHLe92 Hahaha I was thinking that too...unfortunately the nearest Chinese buffet is a half hour from me and I'll be late for work. Oh well maybe Sunday 😀
Oh yes, my mouth was watering!! Never had that tofu dish at the end but I would love to try it!!
Yup
DangHLe92 lol
Steamed broccoli lel
after watching these for the last 40 min...my diets has been reduced to wild grass and water.
Jeff W 😂
Jeff W I'm right there with you brother! Pretty big bummer man.
You wouldn't want to eat wild grass. Our digestive systems are not built like cows.
Still, much better than eating other people during a food shortage or collapse of society.... where the taste can vary from person to person.
Lmao
Its called veganism, try it, its actually good
I gained 10lbs just by watching this.
Im not hungry no more Watermelon
I gained 10 1/2 just by listening.
ha ha
Diana Martinez I just had shrimp lomein and crab Rangoon and shrimp egg roll🤣🤣🤣
Everyone else is trying to lose weight I'm tryna gain weight

I wonder why Pandas stay chubby when their food is just bamboos.
Ian Hsieh to stay warm?
Well, are pandas known for working out?
Ian Hsieh some of us are just born this way.
Andre Lee I saw one in a gym once... had on his leg warmers and sweatband. Didn't really see him do much besides stand around drinking a kale and bamboo smoothie, though.
'Cause they're bears?
So he didn't say that there were other dishes that were unhealthy. So that means I can eat all the orange chicken I want
Kai Lun Qu Shut your face up
So basically, everything on the menu that people actually order
even Mikey Chen orders everything on this list, he just probably had a bad experience at his local Chinese restaurant where some white people held him up in line and he got mad...
*Americans order
And yet, I still love Chinese food! I grew up regularly eating in the restaurants of Seattle's Chinatown and know just how Americanized most "Chinese" food is these days. Finding decent Chinese food is becoming more and more difficult as increasingly more foods are deep fried, rather than pan fried. This not only adds unnecessary calories, but diminishes food flavor profiles, as well. Good, real Chinese food is amazing! And I will always love it!
Damn Mikey, you just took out the whole menu :(
Macky D Profanity is evil. Please devote yourself to our Creator. Sincerely repent your sins. Follow the teachings of His Son. You will not regret it.
Yahweh Is Good uhhhhhhhh, what?
危机主 Weiji Zhu Yes, please turn to our Father in Heaven.
No he didnt. There's an extensive menu that Americans donr ever touch like steam fiah, claypot rock cod, salty egg crusted shrimp, shark fun soup, west lake duck, jellyfish headcheese platter, yin yang rice, Tsing Tao frog in a claypot. Theres way more.
Andrew some of us are atheists
Chinese people tend to eat a lot more steamed foods vs fried, deep fried, baked, etc. That helps. We also tend to consume a lot more foods of "medicinal" value like those pre-dinner soups.
Hey, I'm here for a good time not a long time.
That's funny.
Underrated comment lol
Try crack
I like that
Me too Taylor Lee call me 😁😉😋😎
He just helped me choose from the menu. Some if these I haven't tried 🤔
I love the fact that he LOVES everything on the list!😂🤣😂🤣

great, now I wanna go hit up the Chinese buffet
Sushi Roll you rood idiot
Good luck ✌🏽
Lol.. @ sushi roll
Sushi Roll 😂😂😂
Check behind the restaurants to see if there are empty cages, the restaurant owners hire men to drive through neighborhoods and seize dogs and cats from peoples property and bring back to fill cages all day and night. Don’t fool yourself into believing that the Vietnamese immigrants left this barbaric system of killing domesticated animals behind when the came and still come to America. BOYCOTT the restaurants for at least for the poor crying child whose puppy is now on your dinner plate and is called chicken by the description on the menu.
Orange chicken, general tso chicken is from heaven idc
Hi Mike, I enjoyed this video on the 10 worst foods bt I expected it to be followed up with something like the 10 healthiest foods. Could you do one on exactly that; the 10 healthiest Chinese foodss to order in a restaurant? Love your videos, keep up the good work.
10 WORST Things to Order From A Chinese Restaurant: Everything that I order from a Chinese Restaurant :(
Eclypce Exactly
Everything gives me the RUNS.
Eclypce same here!😭😭😭😭
it's all so good though.
Eclypce lmao right
I have so many Asian relatives, my French grandparents and other family members adopted many older children during the Korean war, the other side of my family are also French and they adopted many older Chinese children, a wonderful thing being that the children were old enough to carry that food culture with them and our American Thanksgiving is the BEST mixture of Asian and French cuisine, I feel so lucky I have to brag. Two amazing culinary cultures.
Envy
Raised only in America with an all American family, and I cook food from all over when I want. Often, I'm the one bringing the "odd" foods to family gatherings, but I am also the one that doesn't have leftovers to take back home.
Loved this video!
"I love rice, I love eating thousands of something" haha :D
I feel like ordering everything on this list!
Pete Thomas 💀😭
Me too
The reason why we're not fat is because we know how to control ourselves we eat those dishes you name on special occasions and not every single day an everyday authentic Chinese meal would include a bowl of rice with one dish from each food group for instance fish, a type of meat, some type of vegetable, and soup that's pretty much it
I think that portion control is an important factor, and the misconception actually adds to the confusion when looking at Health differences between the countries.
I have dinnerware from an authentic Chinese shop, and the size of the rice bowl is far smaller than an American soup bowl or Salad Bowl. If you are eating the unhealthy food but in a smaller portions, you are not going to have as many of the negative effects, as you make sure that you are having healthy food in addition to the junk. It is all about balance.
Here in America we do a lot of sitting on the couch and eating mindlessly, taking in huge portions. Portion control in general, and differences in portion size between countries, leads to a lot of confusion in my opinion. Americans are used to huge portions, so we imagine that the Chinese or Japanese (you know, any of the stereotypically thinner Asian countries) are eating the same sort of portions as us. It is simply what we are used to and so we project that on to others.
Ggg Gg I dunno, I dated a Vietnamese exchange student back in high school and his stomach was not "flobby", even though he was getting a bit chubby from the pizza and cheese steaks everyone in my friend group was eating, soooooo I think people of Asian background have some sort of magic metabolite 😂
Well, Americans actually believe that obesity is caused by rice and vegetables. I'd bet that hardly any Asians believe this because they or someone they know practically lives off of rice and vegetables while being thin. American thinking: It's not the chicken cheese steaks, pepperoni pizza, bacon cheese burgers, ice cream, tuna salads ... we always eat that are making us fat. It's the high-carb-low-fat rice, barley, steamed potatoes, sweet potatoes, lentils, and vegetables we never eat that are making us fat.
Clyde Rembrandt my response about "flob" and pizza was in jest, but you're right to point out the "high carb, low fat" or other "exclusion diet" factor. A lack of BALANCED diet is also a problem, if your digestive system is out of whack, so also can be many other things. I personally suffer from issues of malnutrition while being overweight, because my body refuses to absorb certain nutrients properly... portion control, dietary balance, these are not things we as Americans tend to choose to focus on. With a healthy digestive system that comes from both of those, some pizza here and there will have less of a negative effect.
I'm not into "portion control" which is an euphemism for calorie restriction or crash dieting. The good news is that when one eats nothing but bananas, dates, melons, peaches, rice, barley, oatmeal, lentils, chickpeas, and dozens of other low-fat plant foods one need not starve oneself to avoid becoming overweight. I don't get why many fat people believe that the steaks with buttery potatoes for dinner and the chicken burgers for lunch don't cause weight gain, but the bowl of oatmeal they have for breakfast does. If people want to continually eat greasy fatty foods and accept the consequences from such an eating pattern that's fine, but they shouldn't pretend that the rice, steamed potatoes, and broccoli they never eat is causing them to be overweight. Moreover, one need not "BALANCE" their diet through the inclusion of dairy and animal body parts no more than people who live in the country need to balance their air quality by having a couple cigarettes a day. The situation with food today seems to be similar to how smoking was in the 1950's. Many smokers at that time were ignorant of the consequences of smoking cigarettes and would refuse to acknowledge that they may be diminishing one's quality of life. However, only the most bold apologists for smoking today would argue that there are no health consequences to smoking. The majority of smokers are honest with themselves and acknowledge that, to them, the pleasure they get from smoking outweighs the health consequences in their particular quality of life calculus.
Damn I already knew General Tso's was going to be on here but I love it soooo much lol
even Mikey Chen orders everything on this list, he just probably had a bad experience at his local Chinese restaurant where some white people held him up in line and he got mad...
Literally everything he named is what I usually get from chinese restaurants. I want chinese now.
It definitely had the OPPOSITE effect!!!!😁
Gonna be honest...
I absolutely LOVE general tso's chicken...
When it is done right it is a beautiful ginger based sauce that is low-key addictive
Don’t let him mislead you, he’s doesn’t know what he’s talking about.
Which is why when Chinese people say "Tricking ghosts in to eating tofu" you are what we talk about.
Same but I rarely find a spot that cooks it correctly.... it’s always chewy asf

Im here for a good time, not a long time.
You're such an edgy nihilist
Odds of eating unhealthy - live hard, or have health problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, ect. Some people have never allowed their body to perform at a high level due to their unhealthy eating habits. Some people don’t know how it feels to be healthy, because they’ve been unhealthy their entire life. Let me tell it’s a great feeling, because your body is a machine and a machine performs better when it’s functioning the best resources. You can’t put regular gas in a Ferrari. Your body can be a Ferrari. Well, sports car or truck lol. But oh well. “We all live to die right”
“Even healthy people can have health problems, right?”
So why bother to try living a healthy life.
Hahaha love the review and information, some of my favorites too...
in my town the chinese are laughing all the way to the bank. On thier breaks I see them eating vegetables and rice while the Americans are troughing on the fat foods.
That’s kinda funny tbh
Exactly
My 4 favorite food from a Chinese restaurant was the first 4 things on the list
Idc, you aren't going to stop me!

Andrew Ace I
Andrew Ace I hate fried rice
I was surprise you knew all the nutrition since you ate so much sweet and high carbs food in your video. I agreed with all you mentioned. One thing I could not resist was the Chinese Bar B Q ribs. American style Bar-B-Q spare ribs is my all time favorite food, but Chinese ribs are additive. I always try to find a Chinese buffet that served rib in any city I visited or worked. I was so lucky that there was always one in where I lived in So. Calif., Seattle, Palm Beach, FL, and Fort Worth, TX.
_Let's see........101 ways to get on Gen. Tso's hit list for death camp execution, reason #100!_ 🤣
I'm not giving up general tso chicken. I'll also keep my double chin. Thanks
He didn't mention beef and broccoli OR shrimp and broccoli OR chicken and broccoli - I'm good!
I'm hanging by skewered chicken, and egg rolls. And sesame chicken, but it's literally the same as general tso chicken.
Yumbersome!!
Just get the sauce on the side. If you want it even healthier, request for the food to be steamed. @@scotnick59
It’s not unhealthy
@@pillowx4473 Good: 'cause it is SO yummy!!
Yup! I know what I am eating tonight. Thanks for making me hungry!
I'm in a Chinese restaurant right now and ' am using your vlog as a guide which dish to order...
All of the 10 above you mentioned

Ive been wondering the same thing

just for being short: what can we eat at a Chinese restaurant?
Green tea
white rice.
NOTHING !
A plate
Brown rice, steamed veggies, steamed fish, and white cut (steamed) chicken, but without the scallion-ginger oil.
I think it's so funny how most Americans think they're eating "Chinese"food
brandon caleb A pretty decent amount of us know today, compared to in the past.
It's simply that we don't really care whether the nationality's food is legit or not.
And to be honest - speaking from an european point of view - it is close to impossible to find an authentic chinese restaurant without driving for hours.
Lots of Chinese Americans in my town, too, but Fuzhounese restaurants are the predominant type of "Chinese" restaurant in town. Fuzhou restaurants typically edge out better Chinese restaurants with dirt cheap prices and big buffets full of cheap fried food (And yet I'm getting hungry just thinking of it). When I was younger we had several really lovely Chinese restaurants, now it's hard to find one that isn't Fuzhou.
brandon caleb its americanized chinese food so its better
You're so cute. You're probably a white person who thinks they've figured it out because they've had the "authentic" stuff or you're a Western born Asian who is over compensating. Most people, Americans included, know it's not the real stuff.
Some of these are American Chinese (like the crab things, that originated at Trader Vics "Polynesian" restaurants). But a few of these are also common in Japan:
Mabu Dofu - Super popular
Lo Mein - Called "Yakisoba" in Japan, it's usually fried with Worcester sauce
Fried Rice - Called "Cha Han" in Japan
Fried dumplings - Called "Gyuoza" in Japan, they're super popular (and garlicky)
Other popular dishes include Chili Shrimp (shrimp in a bright red mild chili sauce), Su-buta (Sweet and sour pork, but not as sweet as the US version. The name means "vinegar pork") Spring rolls (like egg rolls but much thinner and lighter) and kani-tama (soft egg omelet with crab).
Loved vid and ur a hoot! Thanks for the grins! 😆
CRAB RANGOON'S, I love them soooooo much that they'll be the main entree at my wedding!!!!!
Fried rice? Now i feel attacked.
literally the the first food you mentioned is my #1 main order from chinese restaurants
and now i'm craving for some general tso's chicken
Thx for telling me/us this!! I was wondering, how you could be so skinney :-D
I had never heard of mapo tofu before, and it was the first thing I wanted to order after watching this video!
It's true, most Chinese restaurants, or "restaurant chains" are not traditional Chinese, they are what I like to call Chimerican food, "Chinese food" as interpreted by Americans/westerners. Every once in a while me and my family goes to a Chinese restaurant, like actual Chinese restaurant and orders food like this. We know it's not healthy, but we don't do it everyday, and we work off the food and calories the next day and so. So, I think if you want to go for these delicious food, go for it, given you don't eat like this every day.
But I didn't know General Tso's chicken is not traditional Chinese food, I learned something today.
“If I ever get a dog I’ll name it dumpling”
😂😂
Origin of dumplings
Lol!
Come on dude!!!! I just ate General Tso chicken and brown rice! And an egg roll! I’ll be honest it was really good! 😂
I've never seen a fat Chinaman
I had to watch this again an hour later .
*hears that fried rice is unhealthy* Blasphemy.
What about just plain ol' white rice? Brown rice is much better for you:)
Jane Xia theres a difference in grain size and texture, I hate brown rice because of that
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brown_rice
It is unhealthy fried rice is soaked in oil
Please do a "Most authentic Chinese restaurants" in NYC on one of your channels please and thank you !
Media Addict YES!! PLEASE 🙏🏽
maybe he should do one for the whole country. You know, 'cause not everyone can make it to NYC.
It's pretty common to find authentic restaurants in NY though 😮 I would tell you the names of them but I'm not sure how to translate the names of them haha. But come to Flushing, Queens, almost everything is authentic unless they have general tso chicken, anything with broccoli, crab rangoon.
tbh just go to any restaurant in Chinatown. They're catered towards Chinese ppl anyways and a lot of the older generations, the ppl cooking the food, are immigrants so. One sign is to see if there's mostly Chinese ppl eating there and if they have the plates and chopsticks already set up
lunayen Very true ! I only suggested NYC because he seems to be so very familiar with the NYC area that it would be a good start.
This guy is very smart! and very informative!
Love this guy!
These are most of the Chinese dishes that I like.... Please make another video about the 10 most healthiest Chinese dishes
even Mikey Chen orders everything on this list, he just probably had a bad experience at his local Chinese restaurant where some white people held him up in line and he got mad...
If you go to American Chinese food. They don't eat what they sell you.
Mr.Faust Faun Fable ... Exactly. Why is that? 🤔🙄😕😏.
they definitely do not
Probably cuz most chinese restaurant owners aren't from guangdong/shanghai anymore so they don't like sweet sauces.
People, people, people...... Everyone of you have some outrageous, ridiculous, and obnoxious comments. So if you all know better, than please enlighten me on what they DO EAT?
I am Chinese from Malaysia. We mostly eat nutritious food like fish maw, ginseng chicken soup n sea cucumbers, black fungus Hardly eat deep fried. Our average life span is 80 while the indigenous natives who eat processed foods , carbs n sugar are around 60 despite having no worries and no loans n taxes to pay.
Youve Motivated me to ea t Those Foods, Thank You
Bruh, you can’t say you weren’t going for the “Adventures Of Jackie Chan” look in this video.
I'd love to see a video of your favorite healthy Chinese dishes :-)
i bet Mikey went out after this and had a feast on all that tasty stuff lol
Goldnhard nah but he will work out later after a feast
Shrimp Rolls are my weakness, love them.
I love you bro, you're so funny
literally never once thought that ordering from a Chinese restaurant in the US was healthy. Have never met anyone who was under that impression. "Hey, can we go for Chinese? I'm on a diet," said no American...ever. :)
Lol! Actually plenty of Americans feel that just because you're hungry an "hour later", it must not be very bad for you. Any real cook will tell you that most of it is not very nutritional at all.
No American said ‘I’m on a diet’ ever
@@slytub We diet between meals.
What are some of the healthy options?
I guess not eating at all at an americanized "chinese" restaurant...
Steamed fish is one of the healthy options.
It is, but the fish you get in the US is said to have trace amounts of mercury.
Kelly Tran damn, food in US seems to be poisonous half the time. I always see Americans complaining about fear of Salmonella and stuff.
First, ignore all those people who point out every dish and it's flaws like "no fish bc mercury" or "no stirfry bc msg". If you lived like they suggest you're never gonna eat anything good in your life.
Second, do not go to any Chinese restaurant who's main dishes are things that Mike hit on. Most of them, even if run by asian people, are serving westernized food and thus comes loaded with oil and sodium.
Third, try new things. Don't just order things that you've seen in your local stores at every asian restaurant you go to. Instead of the kung pao chicken try a garlic snow peas stirfry, or rather than getting hot and sour soup get the west lake beef soup.
Lastly, tofu, fish and veggies are your friends. Sure meat is wonderful and all that, but try to have at least one dish when ordering that's just full veggies, tofu, and or fish (and this is assuming you're sharing a few dishes instead of each getting one) It brings some variety and healthy options without losing flavor.
Tl;dr, don't worry about it, just try new things
Actually, after watching your video . . . I now have my Top Ten things to order with my next Chinese Food Restaurant visit (soon, I hope). Gonna shovel it in like a hungry soldier, and smile. Plan to start with General Tso's of course.
Two of everything, please!
Real Chinese people in China or elsewhere eat a lot steamed, boiled, braised, roasted food which does not require oil, and avoid deep fried food.
8 CUISINE tradiational food and some fast food invented in the recently years, onereason why Chinese people are thiner is we atleast my family does not eat sweets.
Wrong. A lot of stir fry foods.
without good oils in your diet your body cannot process many minerals and vitamins. Watch Robert Lustig for health tips. Do not use Veggie Oils.
Im hungry now, hand over those calories.
Dude, you're depressing. Everything on your list is my favorite food. WTH!
Got to, Try those Dishes thoroughly
Then you need to try some real chinese food
even Mikey Chen orders everything on this list, he just probably had a bad experience at his local Chinese restaurant where some white people held him up in line and he got mad...
@@bkbk4003 lol
If you watch your videos, you don't have to worry. I am slim but I still eat junk food. I just avoid eating a bunch of other stuff after and don't eat it every day.
how can you say these are the worst things? I love the gen tso's at my local restaurant and that makes it good to me.
He's not really making a good job at deterring people when he shows these pictures and keeps saying how delicious they are...
It's like he WANTS to send me to an early grave! :'(
Sponsored by... Chinese restaurant LOL
Exactly😢
He’s just keeping it real this is a unhealthy video not a they will taste nasty video lol
O look so good I don't think I'm gonna stop the in this unhealthy Chinese food.
It's easy to tell! Everything cooked with high temperature and a lot of oil is unhealthy.
Watch Robert Lustig Vids champ. You are a victim of corporate lies
C Cla he specifically stated "high heat and a lot of oil". Which is very true as oil can only reach 270°C (meat searing temp.) before it breaks down and creates aldehydes, acids, and ketones.
Also, I'm a chef/nutritionist... so please, feel free to try and negate me too.
Mmmm....dark oil...old oil...the best oil for flavor. I'm drooling.
I'm eating Chinese food while watching this :) Still one of my favorite cheat meals
My local takeaway does the most amazing hot and sour soup, it really invigorates me straight away.
The reason why chinese people can get away with eating all these refined carbs, rice and fried dough is simply that they have discipline when it comes to portion size. Yes, they are on a high carb diet that may spike insulin, but they aren't gorging themselves like we do over here. They also walk more and get 10 times more exercise than us. It's the 'eating to excess' culture and sedintary lifestyle of America that is the culprit of our fat assness.
I find this to be completely false. I think it's that Asians naturally have a higher metabolism. If you walk into any asian household you'll usually find at least one person eating food. I'm Korean and I'm 20 pounds underweight but I can tell you even though I eat the amount someone that's 190 pounds eats I'm just 165 :)
djordan22 Generally Asians are not big on DESSERT... THERE I SAID IT! (now you know our secret). Shhh
Rice and Millet are gluten free, and cheese isn't used in china
5tonyvvvv Asian are not Glutton. They Mostly eat Food that are Colesterol Free. Well Sometimes they Eat Junk food or Go to a Burger Joint.
Rice and Millet has No Gluten, and real soy sauce is made from Soy beans, Not wheat
General Tso Chicken, Egg Rolls and Pu Pu Platter are da bomb
General tso isnt chinese tho
Getting on the phone and ordering about 5 of the worst for delivery...🤫
I get cravings for crab rangoons....
Dr. T. Colin Campbell, the author of The China Study, says through his studies he has found casein to be the most relevant cancer promoter ever discovered. Because casein digests so slowly, natural morphine-like substances in casein known as casomorphins, act like opiates in the body as they enter the bloodstream. Just minutes after you eat a dairy-based food, the casein protein begins to break down. This releases the drug-like casomorphins, which attach to opiate receptors in the brain and cause severe addictions to dairy products (hence the reason they keep people coming back for more.) Casomorphins trigger such an addictive response that they’ve been compared to heroin in terms of their strength to cause food addictions and mood disorders.
(Type in a search : "casein and morphine" and read all of the first 20 pages that come up)
Casein’s slow digestion rate also puts great strain on the digestive system. Dr. Frank Lipman (an Integrative and Functional Medical expert), explains that the body has an extremely difficult time breaking down casein. Dr. Lipman says that common symptoms of dairy sensitivity due to casein are: excess mucus production, respiratory problems and digestive problems like constipation, gas, bloating, and/or diarrhea. Dairy intolerance is also known to cause skin issues like acne, rashes, and redness or irritation. Skip the casein and try eating more of these Inexpensive Vegan Foods That Brighten Your Skin instead!
See the Dr in the morning.
So good thooo
Yup they are so good!!!
In America the restaurants should be changed to American Chinese food. My collage professor is Asian and she said, nothing served in a Chinese store in America is served in China with some places being the exception. Regular corner store restaurants are just serving American food.
This video made me want to eat everything that was mentioned. I've never had a steamed bun, and now I want one.
Damn, everything you mentioned are to things I love to eat!!!! What the hell, once in awhile is ok, right???
even Mikey Chen orders everything on this list, he just probably had a bad experience at his local Chinese restaurant where some white people held him up in line and he got mad...
Damn . I love all this stuff . I am so hungry now . Thanks . Lol
I was craving some plain fish and white rice the other day, kinda like how mom used to make. Not over-seasoned. Just the fresh, baked fish flavor and nice, fragrant jasmine rice. Now, my fridge and pantry are empty, didn't want to shop; but I had so much trouble looking for a local asian restaurant that had such a simple dish.
I can't let you destroy Chinese food for me. I just can't. lol Everything I typically order from Chinese places made it to the list.
DblOSmith lol
DblOSmith "Chinese food"
I know those dishes are delicious...but branch out. Try some of the ones that have a lot of veggies and some chicken or other meat in it. They are still delicious. Not AS delicious, but so much healthier!
